AI Jobs Search: AI, ML and LLM Jobs, Live
AI Jobs Search finds AI, machine learning and LLM jobs at 824 AI companies, startups and tech companies, by title, place, remote work, seniority, salary and posted date. The jobs are read live from each company's career page when you run it, so every result is open today. You pay $1.15 per 1,000 matching jobs you receive (less on Apify's Scale and Business plans), with no platform usage fees. Companies with no matching job cost nothing. No API key or login.
Try it now: click Start. The form is filled in for jobs with AI, machine learning, ML or LLM in the title, posted in the last 7 days at the 179 AI companies, at most 200 jobs, so the first run costs at most $0.23.
What you get
One row per matching job: title, company, department, location with city and country, remote or hybrid, employment type, seniority, job function, salary when the company publishes it, posted date and the link to apply.
Search AI roles anywhere in the lists with Title includes, or every job at AI companies by picking only the AI companies list and leaving the title empty. Description includes finds jobs that name a tool, such as PyTorch or RAG.
Which companies
Five ready-made lists of 824 companies: AI companies, Tech companies, Remote-first companies, Tech companies hiring in Europe, and Startups. A company in two lists is read once. The lists are refreshed monthly.
How to search
- Title includes: words such as engineer, designer or product manager.
- Description includes: words the job description must name, such as Rust or machine learning.
- Location: a city, a country or a region, Only remote jobs for remote roles, and Remote regions for where remote work is allowed.
- Seniority, Job function and Employment type narrow the results further.
- Posted since: a date or a period such as 7 days.
- Max matching jobs: the most jobs one run returns, at most 10,000. It caps the price of the run.
You receive the newest matching jobs first, from all the companies searched.
Input example
This is the input the form is filled in with when you open the Actor, as JSON. Paste it into the JSON tab of the input, or send it as the run input through the API. Fields you leave out keep their defaults.
{"companyLists": ["ai-companies"],"titleIncludes": ["AI","machine learning","ML","LLM"],"postedSince": "7 days"}
Output example
One row per matching job. The values below are example values to show the shape of a row, not a real job. Fields the company does not publish, such as salary, are null.
{"rowType": "job","company": "ai-companies","ats": "ashby","companyName": "Example AI","companyStatus": "ok","charged": true,"title": "Machine Learning Engineer","department": "Research","location": "Remote, United States","city": null,"countryCode": "US","remote": true,"workplaceType": "remote","seniority": "mid","jobFunction": "engineering","employmentTypeNormalized": "full_time","salaryMin": 140000,"salaryMax": 180000,"salaryCurrency": "USD","salaryPeriod": "year","postedAt": "2026-09-29T14:30:00.000Z","url": "https://jobs.example.com/ml-engineer","applyUrl": "https://jobs.example.com/ml-engineer/application"}
A run can also return status rows for companies with no job to return, and company rows when you set Rows to return to companies or both. The Output tab shows every field.
What a real run returned
On 27 September 2026 I ran the Actor with the "ai-companies" list, jobs posted in the last 7 days, titles containing AI, machine learning, ML or LLM, and a limit of 200 jobs. It finished in 15 seconds. The run searched 179 companies and returned 97 matching jobs from 42 of them, newest first. The other 137 companies had no matching job that day. Each company gets a status in the COMPANIES record, so you can see which ones were searched and which had nothing.
Here are 6 of the first 50 rows, as the Actor returned them:
| Company | Title | Location | Work type | Seniority | Salary (per year) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| d-Matrix | Director Site Reliability Engineer, AI Infrastructure | Santa Clara | hybrid | director | 195,000 to 285,000 USD | Ashby |
| Snorkel AI | Senior | Staff Software Engineer - AI / ML | San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) | hybrid | staff_principal | 208,000 to 315,000 USD | Greenhouse |
| Glean | Machine Learning Engineer, Search Quality | San Francisco, CA | not given | not given | not given | Greenhouse |
| Axelera AI | Staff/Principal Software Engineer - AI Application | Hybrid/Remote - Europe (incl. UK) | remote | staff_principal | not given | Ashby |
| Legora | AI Engineer | Stockholm HQ | onsite | not given | not given | Ashby |
| PathAI | Machine Learning Intern/Co-op | Boston, MA or Remote | remote | intern | not given | Greenhouse |
Across the first 50 rows, 44% had a salary range, 50% had a seniority level, 56% had a work type and 58% had a team name. Every row had a department and a job function. Of those 50 rows, 28 came from Ashby, 21 from Greenhouse and 1 from Lever. A field the company did not publish stays empty, so the Actor never guesses a salary.
Pricing
Pay per event:
matching-job: $0.00115 per matching job you receive, so $1.15 per 1,000 on Apify's Free and Starter plans. It is $1.05 per 1,000 on the Scale plan and $1.00 per 1,000 on Business.
A run that finds nothing costs nothing beyond the platform's start event. When your spending limit is reached, the run stops and you receive only the jobs you paid for.
Worked examples
| Search | Jobs x price | Free and Starter | Scale | Business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A search that returns 97 jobs | 97 x $0.00115 | $0.11 | $0.10 | $0.10 |
| A search at the default limit of 200 jobs | 200 x $0.00115 | $0.23 | $0.21 | $0.20 |
| 1,000 jobs | 1,000 x $0.00115 | $1.15 | $1.05 | $1.00 |
| 10,000 jobs, the most one run returns | 10,000 x $0.00115 | $11.50 | $10.50 | $10.00 |
| A daily search capped at 100 jobs, for 30 days | up to 3,000 x $0.00115 | up to $3.45 | up to $3.15 | up to $3.00 |
At the Free plan price, 97 jobs come to $0.11155. Each run also pays a start event of $0.00005. A run that finds no job costs only the start.
Daily alerts
Turn on Only new jobs, save your search as a task and schedule it daily. Each later run returns only matching jobs you have not received before. Paste a Slack, Discord or Teams incoming webhook link, or a Make, Zapier or n8n webhook, in Alert webhook URL to get a message on days with new jobs. The alert is free.
Use it from code
Run it with the Apify API or client for Python or JavaScript, or connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n or an AI agent through the Apify MCP server. The input is the same JSON as the form.

FAQ
Does AI match words like "maintain"?
No. Title words match as whole words, so AI matches AI Engineer and Applied AI, not Maintenance.
How is this different from a job board?
A job board shows the jobs that employers post on it. This Actor reads the career pages of 824 companies live when you run it, so every result is open today. It covers only those companies. You pay $1.15 per 1,000 matching jobs.
How fresh are the jobs?
They are read when you run it. Jobs closed since then are gone from the next run. Use Posted since for recent jobs only.
