What you get by default: advisor name, firm, city, state, ZIP, profile URL, plus website, LinkedIn, Facebook, services, industries, languages and credentials when the public profile publishes them. Phone is copied from the public profile — not invented. Email is uncommon: Intuit does not print a mailbox on most cards. Typical Miami fill (Aug 2026 probe): phones and websites on claimed profiles; LinkedIn on many; inbox usually empty.

Names-only: turn Website, LinkedIn, services and credentials off if you only need identity from the search cards.

Intuit support numbers and intuit.com mailboxes / sites are dropped. Search cards do not print phone or email — those come from the public profile when the advisor published them.

This Actor only copies data Intuit publishes on public search and profile pages. Names, emails and phones are personal data — make sure your use complies with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA and any rules that apply to you. This is not legal advice.

Is scraping Find a ProAdvisor free?

The directory does not charge to view public search and profile pages. You still pay Apify PPE (and browser compute). There is no high-volume free path.

Use apify run (not npm start). Default INPUT.json must include required schema fields (or pass --input-file). Local storage/ is not synced to Apify Console. Root input.json is merged locally; CLI KV input wins on key collision.

FAQ

Does every row have an email? No. Find a ProAdvisor almost never prints a mailbox. The Actor never invents one. Phone and website are the usual CRM fields.

Where does the phone come from? The public advisor card (directory listing), not a click on “reveal phone”. Search result rows do not show a number.

Will a 20-row Try finish in 5 minutes? Yes — typically well under a minute for a metro search.

Why a city and not a US state? The public directory requires a location. Use a metro city or ZIP and raise the radius.
