Coches.net scraper for used-car listings in Spain. Each row is a public search card: asking price in EUR, the site’s average price and price rank, year, kilometres, fuel, horsepower, city, province, and seller type (dealer or private). Export the dataset as JSON or CSV. Use it as a Coches.net API alternative from Python, Node.js, cURL, or Apify MCP.

Best for: dealer comps on one make, a price-band check against the site average, and a scheduled run that saves only new ads and price changes.

When to use this Actor

  • One make or model — Set Make to Seat, BMW, or Volkswagen, and optionally Model to Ibiza or Golf. Leave Search URLs empty.
  • A filtered search you already built — Paste the category URL. Make, price, year, mileage, fuel, and seller type are ignored when Search URLs is set.
  • Price versus the site average — priceAverage and priceRank come from the search card. priceRank is the site’s 1–5 code.
  • New ads and price cuts — Turn on monitor mode and schedule the same search. The first run stores a baseline and saves nothing. Later runs save new listing ids and price changes.

When not to use this Actor

  • A hidden phone — The row includes a phone only when the search card already shows one. This Actor does not open the listing page to reveal a hidden number.
  • Motorbikes on a different host — This card reads car search pages. It does not cover the motorcycle site.
  • A national dump in one run — Cap maxItems (400, about twelve pages). Split by make, province, or price.
  • Germany or the rest of Europe — Use mobile.de Scraper or AutoScout24 Scraper.

Key features

  • Search cards — One request returns about 35 listings. Default 256 MB. No browser.
  • Market average and price rank on the card — Kept when the search page includes them.
  • Make and model, or a pasted URL — Price, year, kilometres, fuel, and seller type are optional.
  • Dealer versus private — sellerType is dealer or private.
  • Monitor — Named key-value store of listing id and last price for that search.

Use cases

  • Compare asking prices for one model inside a year and price band, and keep rows whose price is under priceAverage.
  • Split a dealer watchlist by make and export city, seller type, and mileage to a sheet.
  • Schedule monitor mode each morning and export only listings whose price moved.
  • For German asking prices on the same makes, run mobile.de Scraper. For listings across Europe, run AutoScout24 Scraper.

FAQ

Does this open every listing page? No. Rows are the search cards. A phone is included only when that card already shows it.

What if the run is blocked? Some networks receive a short bot page instead of the search results. Turn proxy on and choose residential in Spain, then run the same input again.

What does monitor mode skip? Listing ids already stored for that same search, unless the asking price changed. A quiet tick writes zero rows. The first run only fills the baseline.

Is the average price always present? No. Some cards omit priceAverage or priceRank. Those fields are left off the row.

How do I export the dataset? Each saved listing is one dataset row. Download JSON, CSV, or Excel from the run, or read the items with the Apify API from Node.js or Python.
