- Adds dated-snapshot coverage with bounded lossless Zstandard blocks,
pinned source provenance, shared watchlist reads and exact prior-notice lookup.
Missing, corrupt or unsupported evidence cannot become completed-review billing.
API coverage and existing prices remain separate and unchanged.
- The owner can select one public SAM notice/date/organization to qualify
description retrieval and known-notice refresh in three requests. The receipt
distinguishes this targeted result from pagination qualification.
- SAM diagnostics retain only operation, public notice identity, query-free
endpoint path, content-type category and bounded error classification. Error
bytes count toward the acquisition limit; raw errors remain private.
- Regression coverage confirms a missing refreshed description retains prior
relationship evidence with incomplete coverage.
- Qualification accepts Apify-injected input defaults without expanding its
request budget; ordinary runs retain the shared history-store decoder.
- Hosted SAM qualification is selected per run and restricted to the Actor owner;
normal runs no longer depend on changing snapshotted environment flags.
- The bounded operator SAM probe can use the private Actor's deployed secret;
its receipt retains safe HTTP/quota diagnostics without raw source responses.
- Hosted monitoring uses an explicit history-store picker and commits history before billing.
Initial product: simple buyer inputs, explicitly dated operator-published snapshots,
tiered PPE and factory release metadata. Snapshot acceptance is separate from the
unfinished authenticated SAM API description capability.
Revision 5: shared bounded publication/settlement, pairwise state, product input workflows and candidate packaging. Draft only; no live Actor identity, approved pricing or publication.
