Issues w/ Session ending and Runs automatically getting initiated

Random runs launching might be due to an external integration you have set up and forgot. The actor can't launch on its own. There must be something external triggering the run. You can get help from apify team to investigate this.

About session expiry issue, Did you try to open apollo after you saw session expired error in the actor ? Are you still logged in on apollo after this ?

I don’t believe I was logged on at all… I scheduled runs and expected them to react accordingly. Do I have to be logged in at all times when runs get triggered?

No way this should happen... I double and triple checked everything and my volume is very low (250 leads)...

The issues are closed depending on complexity. your is unique. So I respond when I get a solution.

You don't have to keep your apollo account open in your browser but you must not logout of apollo once you export the cookies.

Logging out of apollo is the only thing that will result in Session expired error

So I have 4 Apollo accounts.

Do I have to be logged into all of them at the same time or just be logged into one of them in general?

If I save 4 different scheduled tasks related to the 4 different accounts I have, will they run automatically without me being logged in or do I have to be logged into all 4 accounts?

Should I be using a VPN and multiple browsers to do this? Meaning 4 different browsers (logged into apify and apollo on each one)... and VPN on all of them?

So i was logged into Apollo account and ran the actor... AND it STILL came back with Session expired... so what you mentioned about doesn't hold true.

Is there a limitation or suggested number of people to search per day as to not alert Apollo and risk account being blocked?
