Scrape MyCareersFuture Singapore — the national job portal — for job listings with salary ranges, company details, employment type and seniority. Filter by keyword, location, job type and salary floor. No API key.
What it does
MyCareersFuture is Singapore's official jobs portal, operated with Workforce Singapore. Every listing carries structured attributes most boards hide: approved salary ranges (in SGD), employment type, seniority, skills, and the hiring company.
This Actor pages through the portal's search API and returns normalised records — deduplicated by job ID — ready for market research, comp benchmarking or lead generation.
Features
- Keyword search — match any query the portal supports, from 'software engineer' to niche roles.
- Structured salary data — min/max SGD ranges per role, straight from MOM-approved listings.
- Rich filters — location, employment type, seniority, minimum salary floor.
- Company metadata — hiring organisation attached to every record.
- Deduplicated by job ID — safe to page deeply without double-counting.
- Keyless and fast — public search API, no login, no browser needed.
What people use it for
- Salary benchmarking — build compensation bands for a role family across industries.
- Hiring-demand research — track how many open roles exist for a skill over time.
- Recruiting lead generation — find companies repeatedly hiring for a discipline.
- Career planning — compare demand and pay across seniority levels.
- Economic analysis — study the official jobs market with structured, approved listings only.
Why MyCareersFuture data is different
Under Singapore's Fair Consideration Framework, employers must advertise roles on MyCareersFuture before hiring foreigners — and salaries must be posted. That makes it the most reliable free source of verified Singapore salary data: the numbers were reviewed as part of the job-ad approval process, not self-reported by employees.
Salary fields
Each record carries the advertised minimum and maximum in SGD. Roles with a fixed salary may show equal min/max. Use minSalary to exclude part-time or internship bands from your benchmarking set.
Seniority levels
Values follow the portal's taxonomy: Executive, Junior Executive, Non-executive, Middle Management, Senior Management, Fresh/entry level and Professional. Pass them verbatim in seniority.
Input
All fields are optional. Combine query with location, jobTypes, seniority and minSalary to narrow the result set; cap volume with maxItems.

Output
One record per job posting: title, company, salary range, employment type, seniority, location and categories, plus the MyCareersFuture URL and job ID.
Export the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or JSONL from the Console, or pull it programmatically through the Apify API and any of the official clients.
How to use it
- Click Try for free (or Start if you already have an Apify account).
- Fill in the input fields described above — the defaults already produce a working run.
- Press Start and watch the log; results stream into the dataset as they are found.
- When the run finishes, open the Output/Storage tab and export as JSON, CSV or Excel.
Runs can be scheduled (hourly, daily, weekly) and wired into Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, webhooks or your own backend through Apify integrations. Everything the Console does is also available over the Apify API.
FAQ
Do I need credentials for MyCareersFuture?
No. The Actor uses the portal's public search interface.
Are all salaries filled in?
The vast majority are, because approved ads require salary disclosure. A small number of listings show ranges marked as negotiable.
How many jobs can I pull in one run?
Set maxItems up to a few thousand. Deep paging on a broad query returns the portal's full result set for that query.
Is historical data available?
The Actor reads current listings. Schedule recurring runs and store outputs yourself to build a time series.
Does this work for other countries?
MyCareersFuture is Singapore-specific by design.
