Extract public German foreclosure-auction records from zvg-portal.de into an Apify dataset.
Input
The Actor accepts JSON fields for states (supported two-letter state codes; all by default), optional exact city, market_preset (all, residential, commercial, or land), limit_per_state (1–10,000), new_only, include_details, and bounded concurrency (1–10). Inputs are validated before requests begin.
Output
The library streams one normalized Auction at a time. Each item contains case_number, court, auction_date, object_type, address, appraisal_value, status, detail_url, description, documents, and state. Records are deduplicated across pages/states using normalized (case_number, court, auction_date).
The Actor persists each yielded object individually to the default dataset. Only successfully written records are emitted and billed according to the Actor's configured event pricing.
Local use
python -m zvg_auctions.cli --state nw --city Köln --limit-per-state 10pytest
Output is JSON Lines, allowing records to be consumed and persisted without retaining a full result set in memory. Search requests are sequential by state; detail requests use a small bounded pool and transient network/server errors are retried with backoff.
