ProvenExpert Business Scraper

Extract public ProvenExpert business profiles and contact details into the Apify dataset.

What it does

The Actor fetches public ProvenExpert search or profile pages over HTTP, extracts business details, and removes duplicate profiles. It can return the business name, profile URL, address, phone, email, website, Impressum URL, rating, review count, and recommendation text when those fields are present on the public page.

Profiles without a phone, email, or website are skipped by the default contact filter. Unreachable pages are skipped rather than written as incomplete records.

startUrls accepts strings or objects containing a url field. When it is provided, those URLs are used instead of generated search URLs. maxPages controls generated search pagination and maxResults bounds the number of profiles returned.

Output

Each dataset item represents one successfully extracted, contact-bearing business. Fields are emitted only when found on the public profile:

Limits and charging

The Actor uses bounded asynchronous requests (up to 32 concurrent requests) and limits each response body to 8 MB. The implemented charging event is one persisted, deduplicated business with at least one phone, mobile, email, or website. Contactless, unreachable, nonexistent, duplicate, or filtered rows are not billable events.

Only publicly accessible ProvenExpert HTML pages are requested. Use the Actor responsibly and comply with applicable law, the source site's terms, and robots/access requirements.
