Actor restarts from scratch when migrating to another host

On a recent run, a migration event occurred halfway through - which caused the scraper to reboot from scratch and re-run from the first input username. This was wasted effort and cost re-running ~1300 usernames which had already been scraped.
Seems to be a common issue with a recommended fix by Apify, can this be implemented: https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/development/builds-and-runs/state-persistence
