Search Substack Notes by keyword. Returns each note's text, author, date, engagement (likes, replies, restacks) and any quoted post or note, newest first or top first. Supports fetching multiple pages in a single API call.

pages	integer	no	Number of pages to fetch and merge into one response (1-250, billed per page returned). Each page returns up to 12 notes. Fetching stops early when there are no more results.

Pricing

This Actor is billed per page of results — $0.003 per page.

• Results come in pages. Use the pages input to choose how many pages to fetch (1–250); more pages means more results.
• You pay $0.003 for each page you fetch, so pages: 3 costs $0.009 and pages: 1 costs $0.003.
• You’re only charged when a run succeeds, or when it fails because what you asked for was looked up and doesn’t exist, is private, or isn’t valid: that costs one page ($0.003). Other failed runs are free.
