How much does it cost to scrape Dubai property listings?

This Actor uses pay-per-event pricing: you pay for each result saved to the dataset. A listing that could not be read is still saved with an error note and counts as a result. Platform usage is billed in addition.

PlanPrice per resultPer 1,000 results
🆓 Free$0.03$30
🥉 Bronze$0.027$27
🥈 Silver$0.025$25
🥇 Gold, Platinum and Diamond$0.02$20

Each run also pays one start event of $0.00005 per GB of memory, minimum one. This Actor uses 4 GB (4096 MB) by default, so 4 start events = $0.0002 per run.

Worked example on the Gold plan: 100 listing links = 100 x $0.02 = $2.00 for results, plus $0.0002 for the start events, so $2.0002 plus platform usage.

Is scraping Dubai property listings free?

You can test this Dubai real estate scraper on a small sample on Apify: on the Free plan, 10 links cost $0.30 plus the $0.0002 start events and platform usage. Paid plans have lower prices per result. Your own spending limit per run stops the Actor when it is reached.

How much does the Dubai real estate scraper cost per 1,000 results?

The Dubai real estate scraper costs $30 per 1,000 results on the Free plan, $27 on Bronze, $25 on Silver and $20 on Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Add the small start event ($0.0002 per run) and Apify platform usage, which is billed in addition.

Output

Each listing link becomes one row in the Apify dataset. The Output tab groups the columns into five views: Overview, Unit & DLD Verification, Listing Details, Agent & Agency and RERA / Permit. Export the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML from the Console or the API. All values below are fake.

Notes and limitations

  • Bayut and Dubizzle links are not supported.
  • If a page shows no DLD reference, the row is still saved with the portal data and DLD_ValidationStatus set to unavailable.
  • If DLD does not answer several listings in a row, DLD checks stop for the rest of the run and the portal data is still saved.
  • Property Finder new-projects links return project-level rows, not unit numbers.
  • Duplicate links are processed once; inputs that are not valid web links are skipped with a warning.
  • Results are saved to the dataset when the run's processing steps finish, not one by one.

FAQ

The Actor reads public listing information that any visitor can see. Laws and site terms differ, and personal data in agent contacts may fall under rules such as GDPR, so you are responsible for how you use the results. Read the guide on web scraping legality. This is not legal advice.

Do I need a login, cookies or an API key?

No. You only paste listing links. The Actor does not ask for your account on the listing sites, cookies or an API key for them. You need an Apify account to run it, and results are billed through Apify as shown in the cost section above.

How many Dubai property listings can I process per run?

Each unique valid link becomes one row, and the Actor sets no item cap. Speed depends on the portal and on the DLD checks, which pause between listings by dldDelaySeconds (default 2) and run alongside concurrency (default 5). Start with a small batch to measure timing.

How do I find the unit number of a Dubai property listing?

Paste the listing link and read UnitNumber on the row. Check UnitNumberConfidence and UnitNumberSource too: the value is verified when the Dubai Land Department returned a record with the unit number, and none when no number was found. Numbers from listing text carry lower confidence, so check them first.

How do I check a RERA permit for a Dubai listing?

Run the link with validateWithDld on, then read DLD_ValidationStatus, PermitNumber and RERA_PermitEndDate. Statuses such as active, expired or delisted show whether the permit is live, and DLD_Messages holds the details. If the check is unavailable, DLD_UnavailableReason tells you why, and the portal data is still saved.

Can I export Dubai property listings to CSV or Excel?

Yes. Open the Dataset or Output tab after the run and choose JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML. You can also fetch the same data through the Apify API. Each listing is one row, so a Dubai property listing to Excel export is ready for filtering by permit status, price or agent.

Can I schedule runs or use webhooks and integrations?

Yes. Apify lets you schedule this Actor, trigger webhooks when a run finishes and connect the dataset to tools such as Make, n8n or Zapier. Schedule Dubai property listing checks to re-check permit status for a saved list of links, then send the results to your CRM or spreadsheet.

Can I use the Dubai real estate scraper with the Apify API or MCP?

Yes. You can start runs and read the dataset through the Apify API, and call the Actor from an MCP client through the Apify MCP server. The API tab shows ready-made code for your language, and the full reference is in the Apify API documentation.

Why am I getting fewer results or no unit number?

A row is saved for every valid link, so fewer rows usually mean invalid or duplicate links. An empty UnitNumber means the page and DLD gave no number. Check error, DLD_UnavailableReason and the run log, then try renderWithBrowser set to always for stubborn pages.

Dubai real estate scraper not working?

Open the run log and read the last messages, then check that your links open as listing pages in a browser. If the problem remains, report it in the Issues tab of this Actor with your run link, and we will look at it. For custom work, email hello.dataminds@gmail.com.
