This Actor collects only publicly available listing data from pages that BizQuest's own robots.txt permits crawlers to access, and it honours the Crawl-delay: 2 that BizQuest declares there. It does not access any page behind a login, and it does not touch the paths BizQuest disallows. That said, scraping legality depends on your jurisdiction and on what you do with the data.
