Redbubble Popular and Trending Keywords Scraper extracts the live search signals used by Redbubble's public search suggestions. It is a lightweight Redbubble API alternative for trend monitoring, keyword research, product ideation, and marketplace analysis.

Choose one or more supported storefront languages and receive two independently ranked lists: established popular searches and newer trending searches. Popular entries retain Redbubble's product context, such as T-Shirts or Stickers, when one is available.

Why use this Redbubble keyword scraper?

  • Monitor Redbubble trends without maintaining seed keywords or browser automation.
  • Discover niche ideas for designs, listings, SEO, and advertising research.
  • Compare live search signals across English, French, German, and Spanish storefronts.
  • Separate popular searches from faster-moving trending searches.
  • Schedule recurring runs to build a history of keyword and rank changes.
  • Download structured data or access it through the Apify API, webhooks, and integrations.

The Actor makes one anonymous request to Redbubble's public typeahead endpoint per selected language. It does not log in, open a browser, or access private account data.

What Redbubble data can it extract?

FieldTypeDescription
ranknumberPosition within one language and list type
listTypestringpopular for established searches or trending for emerging searches
keywordsstringRedbubble search phrase
categorystringProduct context for a popular search, or an empty string when none is present
languagestringRedbubble storefront language: en, fr, de, or es

Redbubble currently exposes up to 20 popular and 20 trending entries per language. A four-language run therefore normally produces up to 160 rows. This is a compact live feed, not the thousands of historical URLs that Redbubble's discontinued popular-search sitemap once exposed.

  1. Open the Actor's Input tab.
  2. Select one or more storefront languages.
  3. Click Start.
  4. Open the Dataset tab when the run finishes.
  5. Filter by listType or language, then download or integrate the results.

No Redbubble account, cookies, proxy settings, or seed searches are required.

Input

The languages field accepts one or more supported storefront languages:

{
"languages": ["en", "fr", "de", "es"]
}

English (en) is used by default. See the Input tab for the full configuration form.

Output

Popular and trending ranks restart at 1 for each selected language:

[
{
"rank": 1,
"listType": "popular",
"keywords": "funny",
"category": "t-shirts",
"language": "en"
},
{
"rank": 1,
"listType": "trending",
"keywords": "glen hansard",
"category": "",
"language": "en"
}
]

You can download the dataset in formats such as JSON, HTML, CSV, XML, or Excel. You can also retrieve it programmatically through the Apify API.

How much does it cost to scrape Redbubble keywords?

Check the Actor's Pricing tab for the current pricing model and the Apify resources included in your plan. Each run makes only one small request per selected language, so compute usage is low and predictable. A run that selects all four languages still makes just four source requests.

API, scheduling, and integrations

Use the API tab to generate JavaScript, Python, or command-line examples for your account. Apify can schedule recurring runs, trigger webhooks, and send datasets to supported storage, spreadsheet, and automation integrations without changing the Actor.

Tips and limitations

  • Compare ranks only within the same language and listType.
  • Ranks preserve Redbubble's upstream positions. If Redbubble returns a malformed suggestion, the Actor skips it and the output can contain a rank gap.
  • Run on a schedule and store snapshots if historical movement matters; the endpoint is a current-state feed.
  • Treat an empty category as an all-departments search, not missing data.
  • Redbubble controls the contents and refresh cadence. The Actor records response counts, a normalized-result content hash, and how long each locale's keyword output has remained unchanged; seven unchanged days produce a suspect telemetry verdict.
  • Query-specific autocomplete expansion and artwork tags are deliberately excluded because neither is a globally ranked search-popularity list.

This Actor reads publicly accessible search-suggestion data and does not access private Redbubble accounts. You are responsible for using the results in accordance with applicable laws and Redbubble's terms. If your use case may involve personal data or regulated decisions, obtain appropriate legal advice.

Support

If a run fails or the output shape no longer matches this documentation, open the Actor's Issues tab with the run URL and a description of the expected result. Do not include API tokens or other credentials.
