Resident Advisor Events Scraper returns events from Resident Advisor (ra.co) for a city, a country or the whole world over any date range, one row per event: local times, venue with coordinates, lineup with links to artist pages, promoters, genres, how many people are going, the cost text and every RA ticket tier with its price and status. Type a city such as London in Cities or RA areas, set the dates and click Start. Ticket tiers exist only for events sold through RA, 44% of them in October 2026. It costs $1.50 per 1,000 events on the Free plan ($0.75 on Business), and the $5 of monthly credit in Apify's Free plan covers about 3,300 events.

How to scrape Resident Advisor events

  1. In Cities or RA areas, enter cities by the English name RA uses (London, Berlin, New York City, Ibiza), a region such as Bavaria, or paste the link of an RA events page such as https://ra.co/events/de/berlin. For a whole country, use Whole countries (Germany, UK, NL), and for everything on RA, turn on Worldwide.
  2. Set From and To as YYYY-MM-DD or as moving dates such as today, +7 or -30. Without an end date the range is 30 days. Past dates return events from RA's archive.
  3. Add Genres such as Techno or Drum & Bass if you want only those.
  4. Leave Include ticket tiers on for prices and sold-out status, set Maximum events and click Start.
  5. Events appear in the Output tab, where you can export them as CSV, Excel or JSON. The SUMMARY record in the key-value store lists requests, listings and events per area and any period that could not be read. Over the API, an input looks like this:
{
"cities": ["Berlin", "https://ra.co/events/nl/amsterdam"],
"dateFrom": "today",
"dateTo": "+30",
"genres": ["Techno"],
"maxItems": 2000
}

Example output

One event from a London run on 11 October 2026, read with ticket tiers on and the description off. The first two tiers had sold out, the third was on sale.

How much does it cost to scrape Resident Advisor events?

Free planStarterScaleBusiness
1,000 events$1.50$1.20$0.975$0.75

You pay only for the events in the table. There is no start fee, and compute time and proxies are included.

London from 11 October to 10 November 2026 held 1,125 events, which costs $1.6875 on the Free plan and $0.84375 on Business. You pay once per event: an event listed on several days, an event found again through an overlapping area and an event already returned in new-only mode are not charged.

Limits

  • One RA search returns at most 10,000 listings. Longer ranges are halved by days until every part fits: from 12 October to 8 November 2026 RA had 12,713 listings worldwide, read in 129 requests and about a minute and a half. A single day above 10,000 would be read up to that number and named in SUMMARY; the busiest day measured had 1,533 listings worldwide (Saturday 17 October 2026).
  • Requests go one at a time, at most two per second. A month of London took 13 requests and 8 seconds.
  • RA lists a multi-day event on every day it runs. The actor returns it once, with its first day in date, and an event that started before your range but continues into it is included.
  • Fill rates in the worldwide run of October 2026: coordinates 82%, linked artists 69%, promoters 80%, genres 81%, cost text 69%, minimum age 78%, flyer 95%. Events without RA ticket tiers sell tickets elsewhere or not at all, and their price is only in cost.
  • A tier's price is the amount RA lists for it. Some promoters add RA's booking fee on top, so a fabric tier marked "£15 + BF" is listed at 16.9 GBP.
  • Coordinates come from the venue record on RA. A few are rounded or wrong (one London event sits in India), and 0,0 is returned as null.
  • RA's area search knows English names only. Köln, München, NYC and a few other common spellings are translated, and a name RA does not know is skipped with a warning that lists RA's suggestions.
  • With Genres set, events without a genre tag are left out: 19% of events in the worldwide run had none.
  • If ra.co answers with a bot protection challenge (DataDome, a captcha or HTTP 403), the actor stops sending requests at once and does not try to get around it. Events read before that stay in the dataset and SUMMARY names the reason; a run that read nothing fails.

Tracking new and sold-out events

Turn on Return only events new since the last run and give a Watch name, or save the input as a task, then schedule it daily. Each run returns only events that no earlier run of that watch returned; events cut off by Maximum events are kept for the next run. Every run with a watch name or task also writes a CHANGES record:

  • newEvents: how many events this run found that the last run had not seen.
  • soldOut: events whose tickets were on sale last time and are sold out now.
  • changed: events whose title, day, start time, venue or sold-out status changed, with the old and new value.
  • noLongerListed: events from the same areas and genres, dated in your range and not yet over, that RA no longer lists, for example because they were cancelled or taken down. It is filled only after a run that read the whole range.

FAQ

The actor reads the public event listings that ra.co shows to every visitor, without logging in and without cookies. It stores events, venues, promoters and the names of the artists on each lineup, who are public performers; it never asks for user profiles, attendee lists or comments, and of the people going it keeps only the count. You are responsible for how you use the data, including RA's terms.

Can I get every event in a country or in the world?

Yes. Whole countries reads every RA area of a country in one search per period (Germany has 42), and Worldwide reads all of RA. Both are split by days whenever a period holds more than 10,000 listings, so set Maximum events high enough: the world held 12,195 events in the four weeks from 12 October 2026.

Why did my city return a different area?

RA groups some cities into wider areas, so San Francisco returns San Francisco/Oakland and New York returns New York City. The area and areaId fields show what was read, and SUMMARY lists the area found for each input. To pick an exact area, paste its RA link or put its ID in RA area IDs.

Support

This actor is built and maintained by deriverge s.r.o., a software company based in the Czech Republic. If a run fails or a field you need is missing, please open an issue in the Issues tab or write to us at info@deriverge.com. We respond in English and Czech. Runs can be scheduled in Apify Console or started from the API tab, which has examples for Python, JavaScript and cURL and works with Make, Zapier, n8n and the Apify MCP server. If the actor saves you time, a short review helps other people find it.
