Workday Jobs Scraper returns the open jobs of a company that hires through Workday, one row per job. Type the company name, for example NVIDIA or Salesforce, or paste its myworkdayjobs.com URL, and click Start. Names are matched against our directory of more than 4,000 Workday career sites, and a company missing from it needs its URL. Workday's job list holds little beyond title, location and a relative posting date. Without a list, the actor searches our daily index of more than 500,000 open Workday jobs. It costs $1.00 per 1,000 jobs on the Free plan ($0.50 on Business), and the $5 of monthly credit in Apify's Free plan covers about 5,000 jobs.

What data does it return?

FieldDescription
title, jobIdTitle and the requisition number Workday shows with it (JR2026593).
company, companyNameThe tenant, the first part of the host (nvidia), and the company named on the job page without Workday's internal number (NVIDIA USA). Workday names the legal entity that posted the job, so a large site has one per country; a job whose page was not opened gets the name of opened jobs in the same country, or the site's most common one.
locations, countriesEvery location. Workday's list shows a job in several places only as a count such as 2 Locations; the actor opens those jobs and returns each place, here US, CA, Santa Clara and US, CA, Remote.
postedAtWorkday lists relative dates (Posted Today, Posted Yesterday, Posted 3 Days Ago, Posted 30+ Days Ago), which become that day at midnight UTC. When the actor opens a job, it takes the job's own start date instead.
employmentType, employmentTypesThe time type from the job page (Full time) and its normalized form (full-time). Empty when the job was not opened.
applyUrlThe application link from the job page; empty when the job was not opened.
salaryMin, salaryMax, salaryCurrency, salaryPeriodPay read from a range written in the description, so only with descriptions on: 152000 to 241500 USD a year in the sample.
salaryYearlyMin, salaryYearlyMaxThe same pay per year, for comparing hourly and salaried roles.
skills, experienceYearsMin, educationLevel, language, visaSponsorshipRead from the description: Linux, Kubernetes, Go, Python, 5 years and master in the sample.
workArrangement, remoteFrom the location text and the description: US, CA, Remote makes the sample job remote. A job in a named place with no other hint counts as onsite.
seniority, jobCategoryFrom the title: senior and software in the sample.
url, key, input, reference, firstSeenAtJob page, a stable key built from the tenant and the requisition number, your input, your own label and the time this run read the job.

department, team, workplaceType, salaryText and updatedAt are always empty on Workday.

How to scrape Workday jobs

  1. Type one company per line into Companies or career sites. A name such as Bank of America is looked up in our directory, a domain such as walmart.com too, and a URL in the form https://<tenant>.wd<N>.myworkdayjobs.com/<SiteName> is read as it is. A language code in the path is skipped.
  2. The log shows which career site each name became. Employers with several Workday sites get the one with the most jobs, and the log lists the others: Salesforce has five, including Slack and Tableau. Paste a URL to read another one.
  3. For a first test, set Maximum jobs per company: without filters the actor stops paging once it has that many jobs.
  4. Any filter makes the actor read the whole site before filtering. On NVIDIA's site that took close to five minutes with a country filter and descriptions on.
  5. Turn on Include the full job description for the ad text, time type, apply link and pay; each description costs one more request to Workday.
  6. Click Start. The rows appear in the Output tab for export to CSV, Excel or JSON, and the API accepts an input like this one:
{
"companies": [
"NVIDIA",
"Bank of America",
"https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site"
],
"keywords": ["engineer"],
"countries": ["US"],
"includeDescription": true,
"maxJobsPerCompany": 100
}

Example output

One row from a run on 30 September 2026 over NVIDIA's site with Countries set to US and descriptions on. To keep the row short, the description text stops after two sentences. The run came before companyName was read from the job page, so the row shows null where a run today gives NVIDIA USA.

How much does it cost to scrape Workday jobs?

Free planStarterScaleBusiness
1,000 jobs$1.00$0.80$0.65$0.50

You pay only for the events in the table. There is no start fee, and compute time and proxies are included.

A Workday site with 1,000 open jobs costs $1.00 to export on the Free plan and $0.50 on Business. Only returned jobs count: filtered jobs, jobs skipped by the new-only mode and inputs on other systems are not charged.

Limits

  • The actor stops at 4,000 jobs per site and run. Workday's own job counter stops at 2,000, so the actor keeps paging until the list ends; NVIDIA's site reached the 4,000 cap on 29 and 30 September 2026.
  • Job pages are opened for the first 300 jobs of a site when descriptions are on, and otherwise only for jobs listed under several locations, up to 200 per site. Jobs past those limits get no description and keep the list's location count and relative date.
  • The list shows Posted 30+ Days Ago for anything older than a month, so such a job gets a date 30 days back unless its page was opened.
  • Company names are matched only against our directory of more than 4,000 Workday career sites, built from the sites in our daily index. A company that is not in it, or that names its Workday tenant after something else, needs the URL. A name that is not found is skipped and not charged.
  • A name matches a Workday tenant first (salesforce in salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com), then the employer named on the job pages, so Bank of America finds the ghr tenant. A short or generic word such as Bank matches nothing.
  • Domains are matched through the tenant, then through a Workday link on the company's careers page.
  • In new-only mode, jobs over Maximum jobs per company are not marked as seen, so a capped daily watch hands over the rest of a large site in the runs that follow. Jobs left when a run reaches its maximum cost wait for the next run the same way.

Searching all Workday jobs

Leave Companies or career sites empty to search the Workday part of our daily index, which held more than 500,000 open jobs on 11 October 2026. Workday sites are re-read in rotation, each every two to three days, so a new or closed job can take that long to show in the index. Index rows take the company name, such as Amgen Technology Pvt Ltd., from a Workday job page and drop Workday's internal number prefix. For fewer than one in ten Workday jobs in the 11 October 2026 index no page gave a name, and company holds the tenant instead, such as nvidia. Title keywords match only the title. With descriptions on, each job's page is opened during the run, and jobs that no longer exist are dropped before they are charged.

FAQ

Employers publish these career sites so that anyone can find and apply for their jobs, and the actor reads the same public job data the pages load. It never signs in and collects no applicant data. Keeping your use of the data within the law is your responsibility.

Do I need the career site URL?

No, the company name is enough for the more than 4,000 career sites in our directory. For a company that is not there, look for a link to myworkdayjobs.com on its careers page, or open one of its job ads: the part of the address before /job/ is the career site, such as https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site.

Does it work with every myworkdayjobs.com host?

Yes. Workday serves career sites from numbered hosts such as wd1, wd3, wd5 and wd12, and the actor takes the host from the link you paste.
