🎯 What this scrapes

Yandex Maps is where Russia and the CIS read and write reviews about restaurants, clinics, hotels and shops, and it has no public reviews API. This Actor turns an organization id or a Yandex Maps org URL into a clean table of reviews: text in the language written, 1-5 star rating, date, reviewer, likes, photos and the owner's reply. Paste one organization or a hundred; set how many reviews you want per organization; get rows back.

🔥 What we handle for you

• 🛡️ We rotate browser fingerprints (curl-cffi impersonation, Firefox and Safari profiles) so Yandex sees a real-browser handshake, not Python.
• 🌐 We pin a Russian exit and rotate it — an Apify Proxy session per organization, and a fresh exit when a connection is dropped or challenged.
• 🔁 We resume where we stopped — after a dropped connection or a block we back off, open a clean session and continue from the page we reached; reviews are never charged twice.
• 🧱 We pace requests at least three and a half seconds apart, in order, so a long run keeps its footing.
• 🧩 One organization failing never kills the run — the rest still deliver, and the status message names the one that failed.

🚧 Limitations

• Reviews come in Yandex's default relevance order; maxReviews takes the first reviews in that order, not the newest.
• maxReviews is a per-organization cap of up to 10,000 reviews. Yandex serves 50 reviews per page.

• Reviewer names are shown as Yandex shows them, often a first name and an initial.
• Reviews hidden by Yandex or removed by moderation are not returned.

❓ FAQ

How much does it cost?

$0.003 per review, which is $3.00 per 1,000 reviews, plus a one-off $0.20 start fee per run. Duplicate reviews are never charged.

Where do I find the organization id?

Open the place on Yandex Maps. The URL looks like https://yandex.com/maps/org/khachapuri_i_vino/158767885594/; the long number at the end is the id. You can also paste the whole URL into the input.

In which language do I get the reviews?

In the language the reviewer wrote them, with textLanguage telling you which. Most reviews are Russian. Machine translations are not included.

Does it return the owner's reply?

Yes. When the organization answered a review, ownerReply holds the text and ownerReplyAt the time; otherwise both are empty.

Why did I get fewer reviews than maxReviews?

The organization has fewer reviews than the cap, or Yandex stopped serving pages mid-run. The run still succeeds and the status message says what was scraped and where it stopped.

Do I need a Yandex account or API key?

No. The Actor reads publicly listed Yandex Maps reviews and needs no login.
