Apollo Scraper

Overview

The Apollo Scraper allows you to export up to 10,000 emails per month, circumventing the yearly export limits imposed by Apollo's plans. While Apollo provides 10,000 email credits each month, the export limitations are capped at 120 emails for the free plan and between 3,000 to 12,000 for paid plans annually. This tool enables you to utilize your full potential of 120,000 emails per year for export.

How It Works

To operate this scraper, you need to provide cookies for authentication.

Authentication Methods

Using Cookies

1. Install the Cookie-Editor Chrome extension.
2. Open the extension and export your cookies in JSON type.
3. Paste the cookies into the scraper's Cookie input field.

Scraping Process

1. Search for leads on Apollo.
2. Once you've completed your search, copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
3. Paste this URL into the scraper's Search URL input field.
4. You can set the range of pages to scrape using the Start Page and Count parameters (scraping is allowed till 3 pages only in free account).

Proxy Usage

• Use a proxy from the same country for every run of this scraper.

Best Practices

To achieve optimal results, please follow these guidelines:

• Introduce a delay of 5-60 seconds between requests.
• Limit your scraping to a maximum of 1,000 records per day.
• Use the same proxy country for each run, ideally from where you normally log in to your Apollo account.
• Avoid simultaneous scraping with the same Apollo account.
• Do not create free Apollo accounts using email addresses from services like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc., as this restricts your monthly email credits to 125.
• Prefer using cookies over login details whenever feasible.
• If the scraper fails to complete, check the Logs to ensure you have enough monthly email credits available.
