I’m unable to get the actor to run and keep getting the error: "Subscription charge limit reached". I previously paid the monthly fee after the trial ended and it was working fine, but now it seems to have stopped.
Would you be able to look into this? I also have $19 remaining on the account limit, so I’m not sure why it wouldn’t run.

Hi Alex,
Starting from 15 June, 2025, rightmove scraper pricing plan has been migrated to Apify PPE plans. With that now, platform usage is included in monthly subscription and monthly subscription is set it 45 USD.
That means in once a month, it will charge you 45 USD. With that payment you will not be charged anything (not even apify platform usage charge) until 100K properties being scraped.
Now you can control whether you want monthly charge to happen or not instead of getting charged every month automatically. In the run url you shared, you have set max charge limit to 19 USD. That means rightmove scraper can't charge you more than 19 USD. Rightmove scraper is trying to activate monthly subscription.
Please go ahead and set that limit to 45 USD. That way it will charge you for subscription and you can continue using it for one month. After a month, if you continue using it, it will charge you 45 USD as long as you have set that limit. It will stop subscription if you prevent it from charging.
This is how new Apify PPE charging mechanism works instead of automatic monthly billing.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
That makes sense, I can do that. However, on the 12th, when the trial ran out, I paid the $30 monthly rent, which only gave me a few days of usage. This doesn't really seem fair. Does this not roll over onto the new plan? Thanks

Your concern is genuinely fair. I think you will get refund credits in your account for the same. Since you paid rental for a month and you just used it for 3 days. It totally make sense that you should have already paid amount back as credits which you can spend on new plan.

I will make sure your money is not lost. Also, I noticed you have left all inputs turned on. Please keep only stuffs on which you really require. Keeping unnecessory options on burns your quota faster. In case, your usage is very havy and you cross 200K properties monthly, please don't scrape and switch to API solution. It avoids unnecessory burdon on the site and also keeps the costs low.
