Pay per review returned. An app that can't be found returns nothing and costs nothing.

Limits

The App Store public feed returns at most 500 recent reviews per country; add countries to get more.
Google Play returns up to 10,000 reviews per app. Its reviews depend on the language, not the country, so a Google Play app is fetched once, for the first country.
Only public reviews; reviewer profiles beyond the display name are not collected.
