Extract normalized products, SKUs, and prices from authorized public HTTPS catalog pages and PDF price lists with SSRF protection.
What this Actor does
Turn supplier catalog pages and PDF price lists into normalized SKU data. It supports JSON-LD products, HTML tables, and text-based PDF price lines while enforcing HTTPS-only public targets, DNS validation, redirect revalidation, byte caps, and customer authorization.
Typical use cases
- Supplier onboarding and catalog normalization
- Price-list comparison
- ERP, PIM, and commerce imports
- Recurring distributor-price monitoring

Pricing draft
Pay per event: normalized-product — $0.020 for one unique normalized product row. The Actor checks the Apify maximum-total-charge allowance and enforces document/result caps.
Data source, authorization, and security
Customer-supplied public HTTPS URLs only. The customer remains responsible for source terms, copyright, database rights, and lawful use. Private networks, IP literals, URL credentials, custom ports, unsafe DNS results, unvalidated redirects, oversized bodies, login automation, CAPTCHA bypass, and anti-bot evasion are blocked.
Reliability and limits
Extraction is deterministic and does not invent missing fields. Complex scanned PDFs may return no rows; OCR/LLM extraction is intentionally outside private v0.1. External sources can change, throttle, or return incomplete documents.
Support and privacy
Use the Actor's Apify support channel with a run ID and redacted input. Never include credentials. The Actor does not intentionally write secrets to logs or datasets; users control Apify storage retention.
