Not fetching any reviews for some apps

I am writing to report that the Scrapper is failing to retrieve reviews for certain apps. This issue severely limits its usefulness for our purposes. Here are the details of the affected apps:

Thank you very much for reaching out. First of all, I'd like to mention that both App Store and App Store Actor work differently per country. In one of the countries, you can see reviews and in the other one, the application might not be even there.
In the first input, the actor cannot retrieve any application since the application with that ID doesn't exist in the US store. The actor is trying to search and hit this URL: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/compass-school-manager/id1559377848 but the URL doesn't return any applications.
In the second input you've provided, we've investigated the issue. Since you are using Lookup mode on the US store, this is the app that you retrieve from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/compass-school-manager/id778415974
In this App with the US store, there is only one review that can be seen below the page. Unfortunately, the Ratings don't count in reviews. So even though you might see 5 ratings, you can only fetch 1 review.
Therefore, if you want to retrieve the reviews of that application, I'd strongly suggest you pick the same country from both the App Store link and the App Store actor.
