Some random videos are failing with the following error message:

I believe the issue can be fixed by passing a cookie to Google.

Thank you very much for reaching out. Unfortunately, this problem occurs due to low-quality proxies. YouTube blocks IPs that have low proxies and throws these errors. We strongly suggest you use Residential proxies or custom proxies to overcome this problem.

Doesn't Apify already use proxies for this, otherwise what's the point of using your services and using yt-dlp?

No, Apify does not use proxies by default. Proxy is an option that every user can provide. Users can provide Apify Datacenter, Apify Residential, or their custom proxies.
Apify's proxies are not qualified enough to penetrate some of the websites. Therefore, better proxies (Residential or custom) might be required.
