SRES Realtor Scraper turns the public sres.realtor "Find an SRES" directory into a spreadsheet of agents who hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. You get each agent's name, brokerage, address, phone, website and certifications. It is built for senior-housing marketers, real estate SaaS teams, brokerages that recruit agents, and anyone who needs a list of agents who work with clients aged 50 and over.

• Whole directory or a slice. Filter by country, US state, city, ZIP or postal code, and first or last name. Leave the filters empty to collect every state.
• Structured profiles. With Detailed profiles on, each row adds the agent's street address split into parts, bio, designations, certifications, fax and headshot URL, taken from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) contact service.
• One row per agent. Agents are deduplicated by their directory uuid, even when a search returns them on more than one page.
• Fast. Search pages and profiles are fetched ten at a time.

Notes on fields

• The directory does not list email addresses, so there is no email field.
• Top-level address, designations and certifications come from the search page and are text. The lists in detailedProfile are the cleaner source.
• Missing values are null or empty strings. With fetchProfiles off, detailedProfile is absent.
• If a profile lookup fails for an agent, that agent is skipped in the dataset. Rerun if counts look low.
• website and phone at the top level are replaced by the profile values when the profile has them.

FAQ

How many agents can I get?

As many as the directory shows for your filters. With maxPages at 0 the actor reads every result page. Each page holds up to 10 agents.

Why did I get only about 50 agents?

The form default for maxPages is 5. Set it to 0 for all pages.

Does it include email addresses?

No. The directory does not publish them.

Does it cover Canada?

Set country to Canada or any other country name the directory lists. The state dropdown applies to US states.

Is the data public?

Yes. It is the information agents chose to list in the public directory. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach, such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA and the Do Not Call rules.

Do I need proxies or an account?

No.
