Whatnot Seller Review Scraper turns the reviews on a Whatnot seller's profile into a spreadsheet. Give it seller usernames or user IDs and it returns one row per review: the buyer's text, the overall and shipping ratings, the reviewer's username, the date and the seller's reply. Quick start

1. Click Try for free and sign in to Apify.
2. Add one or more usernames to Seller Usernames, for example club404. The username is the handle in the seller's Whatnot profile link.
3. For a first run, set Max Reviews Per Seller to 20.

Notes on fields

• Review text is saved as written, in the buyer's language.
• reviewedOn is a date string, not an ISO timestamp. Most spreadsheet tools and libraries parse it directly.
• Missing values are null.
• Rows are saved to the dataset when the run finishes, not one by one.

FAQ

How many reviews can I get?

Every review Whatnot shows on the seller's profile, up to maxReviewsPerSeller. Reviews are fetched in pages of up to 50. A seller with 300 reviews returns 300 rows if your limit is 300 or more.

Why did I get no rows for a seller?

The seller may not exist, may have no reviews, or the username may be misspelled. The log shows User not found for unknown sellers. The other sellers in the run still complete.

Can I get reviews for a specific item or show?

No. Reviews belong to the seller, not to an item. The Actor returns the seller's reviews as Whatnot lists them.

Do I need a Whatnot account, cookies or proxies?

No. The Actor reads public review data and does not log in.

Can it find sellers for me?

Not by itself. Use Whatnot Search Scraper with the USER vertical to find sellers by keyword, then pass their usernames here.

Is it legal to scrape Whatnot reviews?

The Actor collects publicly visible reviews. They include buyer usernames, which is personal data in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for how you use the data, including Whatnot's terms and laws such as GDPR.
