Track product prices, purchase availability, discounts, and changes across public Shopify storefronts.

Features

  • Scan up to 5 Shopify stores per run.
  • Retrieve up to 100 products per store.
  • Export up to 1,000 product variant records per run.
  • Collect product titles, variants, SKUs, prices, comparison prices, availability, and product URLs.
  • Compare current observations with previously saved snapshots when available.
  • Identify price changes and purchase availability changes.
  • Compare matching SKUs across stores when currencies match.
  • Download CSV files and a Markdown report.

How to use

  1. Select Scan real Shopify stores.
  2. Enter one or more public Shopify store URLs, one per line.
  3. Choose the maximum products per store.
  4. Run the Actor.
  5. Download the results from the run's key-value store or dataset.

You can also select demo mode to explore fictional sample data without contacting a store.

Output files

  • PRODUCTS.csv: Product and variant data
  • PRICE_CHANGES.csv: Detected changes
  • STORES.csv: Store-level results and errors
  • SKU_COMPARISONS.csv: Matches across stores
  • REPORT.md: Readable summary
  • OUTPUT: Structured execution summary

Important limitations

  • Uses publicly accessible Shopify storefront data only.
  • Does not require Shopify Admin access or an external paid data API.
  • Availability indicates whether an item can be purchased, not its exact inventory quantity.
  • Historical comparisons require previous observations. Monitoring frequency depends on how often the Actor is run.
  • Some storefronts restrict public data access. Access restrictions and robots.txt rules are respected.
  • Prices and availability should be verified on the retailer's website before making business decisions.
