The default run (24 apps with up to 5 complaints each) costs about $0.14. A full 200-app category with no reviews costs about $0.80. Error rows are never charged.

FAQ

Is this allowed? It reads only public app listing, category and review pages on apps.shopify.com, with no login. It respects robots.txt: it never uses search-query URLs, /internal/ or /services/. Reviewers appear as their store (business) name and country, which is exactly how Shopify shows them publicly. How are complaint themes detected? With multilingual-friendly keyword rules on the English text, so non-English reviews may get no themes. Use them for triage and read the review text before you draw conclusions. Why "48K"-style counts? Shopify shows rounded counts for large star buckets. We back-compute the exact 5-star count from the exact total where we can.
