loaders: the reader can now send a loader's POST with its cursor, and a comment list parsed out of such a
fragment keeps the right parent. This Actor does not read comment threads, and the two functions it does use
behave exactly as before, so its rows, its fields and its charges are unchanged. Published to keep every
Actor in the family on one core.

The shared reading layer picked up the family's fixes of the day: an address Reddit turns away (a page of the
right size with nothing in it) is let go and another is tried instead of being read as "nothing here", and a
post's page is asked for at the address that actually answers. This Actor reads profiles and profile feeds,
which were not affected, so its rows are unchanged.
0.2.0 — 2026-10-17 · Reddit closed the JSON API: the profile and the history come from Reddit's own pages
Why: on 16 October 2026 Reddit stopped answering its JSON API for a visitor who is not signed in (HTTP 403 for
a guest token, from any address). The Actor was in maintenance from 16 to 17 October.
What stayed the same: every field name, the dataset shape, the profile and item events and their prices,
the orders, the only-new lists, the free status rows and the Standby API.
What changed, measured 2026-10-17 on /user/spez/:
The profile page carries the karma (941,063 = 184,554 post + 756,509 comment), the cake day, the bio, 41
trophies and the moderated subreddits with their subscriber counts — one read for all of it.
The posts feed answers with 23 posts a page and the comments feed with 25, each with the cursor for the next.
Always null now:userId (Reddit's t2_ id is not in the HTML — a profile row is keyed by u_<name>),
awarderKarma, awardeeKarma, verifiedEmail, premium, isMod, isEmployee, acceptsFollowers,
bannerUrl, nsfw; a trophy's date; a comment's subreddit in the profile feed (Reddit leaves it out there —
the comment's post and its title are on the row). A post row of the history keeps every field it had.
A profile Reddit will not show (suspended, deleted, shadowbanned) is told apart from an address being turned
away by the user's RSS: the first gets a free status row with the reason, the second a retryable one.

Reddit users as a visitor who is not signed in sees them (guest token through Apify Proxy residential addresses): the profile record (karma, age, flags) with trophies and moderated subreddits (two requests per user, includeTrophies), then the user's posts and comments 100 a page (overview, posts or comments; new, hot, top, controversial).
Every post and comment row carries the family's full fields (score, exact time, flags, media, score per hour; a comment names its post's title and address); every row has a unique fullname (t2_, t3_, t1_).
onlyNewItems lists; free status rows for lines that bring nothing (not a user, no such user, suspended, duplicate); a user with a profile but no history is counted in the last word; a run Reddit does not answer fails with its reason and charges nothing.
Standby API (GET /user) prepared; the Actor is published in batch mode.
