The ACLB source is served over plain HTTP (the state box offers no HTTPS) and is old/slow, so a run may take a bit longer than a modern API. A broad name can match thousands of contractors; runs are bounded (default 50 results) — refine a broad name to narrow it. Bond, insurance, and issue-date fields are included in the schema for suite consistency but ACLB does not publish them (returned null).
