Paste the careers URL of any company on Workday (myworkdayjobs.com) and get one clean row per open job: title, locations, real posting date, job ID, employment type, description text and the pay range, ready for recruiting, sales prospecting or salary research.

What you get

  • Pay per job from $0.45 per 1,000, flat on every Apify plan, below the lowest tier price of every Workday scraper with users.
  • Pay range parsed into fields: payMin, payMax, payCurrency and payPeriod, straight from the posting text.
  • Filter by posting age on a real ISO date (postedWithinDays), not on Workday's "Posted 3 Days Ago" labels.
  • Keyword and location filters run before the charge, so filtered-out jobs cost nothing.
  • Email addresses are removed from description text, so the output holds company data only.

Example output

{
"careersUrl": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite",
"company": "2100 NVIDIA USA",
"title": "Embedded Software Engineer - RISCV",
"locations": ["US, CA, Santa Clara"],
"country": "United States of America",
"postedDate": "2026-10-30",
"jobId": "JR2019685",
"employmentType": "Full time",
"url": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/US-CA-Santa-Clara/Embedded-Software-Engineer---RISCV_JR2019685",
"descriptionText": "NVIDIA is searching for a highly motivated, creative embedded software engineer ...",
"payMin": 184000,
"payMax": 287500,
"payCurrency": "USD",
"payPeriod": null
}

payPeriod is year, month or hour when the posting says so, otherwise null. The pay fields are null when a posting states no range.

How to use it

  1. Paste one or more Workday careers URLs (for example https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite). Language segments such as /en-US/ are fine.
  2. Optionally add title keywords, location keywords or a posting age, then click Start.
  3. Download the jobs as JSON, CSV or Excel, or connect the Actor to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or n8n. Run it weekly with a schedule to follow new postings.

Pricing

$0.45 per 1,000 jobs ($0.00045 per job), the same on every plan. You pay only for job rows delivered. Jobs removed by your filters, jobs that closed while the run was going, careers URLs that fail and explanation rows are free. Set a maximum cost per run to stay in control. A run returns at most 3,000 jobs (they fit in the default 1-hour timeout). Reading the job lists is capped at 300 list pages per run and 20% of the run timeout; if a broad filter on big sites hits that cap, a free listing_stopped row says so and the jobs found so far are still delivered. Split big runs over several runs.

Limitations

  • Public Workday careers sites only (*.myworkdayjobs.com). Custom career domains and myworkdaysite.com are not supported and give a free site_failed row.
  • Input is a careers URL; there is no lookup by company name.
  • Pay is read from the description text with fixed rules. It is filled only when the posting states a range next to a pay word such as salary, base or compensation.
  • Description text is cut at 20,000 characters.
  • Jobs are read one at a time, so very large sites take a few minutes per thousand jobs.

FAQ

How fresh is the data? Every run reads the live career site.

Which formats can I download? JSON, CSV, Excel, XML and HTML from the dataset, or the API.

What if a site returns nothing? The dataset gets a free row with status site_failed or no_results and the reason, and the run summary lists the counts.

Can I filter by location when Workday only says "2 Locations"? Yes. Those jobs are checked against the full location list of the posting before they are charged.
