App Store Review Monitor: new iOS reviews from every country

App Store Review Monitor collects Apple App Store reviews (iPhone, iPad and Mac apps) for your own apps and your competitors' apps, from all 175 App Store countries in one run. Put it on a schedule and it works as an App Store review alert: each run returns only the reviews you haven't received before, and you only pay for those.

It reads Apple's public customer-reviews feed and the official iTunes Lookup/Search API. You don't need a login, cookies, proxies or an App Store Connect account, and it works for any app, not only the ones you own.

How to use it

1. Add apps as URLs (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/duolingo-language-lessons/id570060128), IDs (570060128) or names (Duolingo).
2. Choose countries, for example us, gb, de, or TOP30 or ALL.
3. Optionally keep only certain star ratings (such as 1 and 2) or reviews that contain certain keywords.
4. Click Start. The first run returns the latest reviews (up to 500 per app per country). Every later run returns only new reviews.
5. Open Schedule and run it hourly or daily. Connect Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets or a webhook under Integrations.

The dataset has two views: Reviews and App summaries. You can filter by type when you export.

Pricing

This Actor uses pay per event pricing, and there's no start fee:

• $0.50 per 1,000 reviews delivered ($0.0005 per review)
• $0.002 per app summary row. You can turn these off with includeAppSummary: false.

In alert mode you pay only for new reviews. Monitoring 10 apps in 5 countries every day usually costs a few dollars a month. You can set a maximum cost per run. If a run reaches it, the Actor stops cleanly, and the reviews it didn't deliver come out on the next run.

FAQ

How many reviews can I get? Apple's public feed exposes the latest 500 reviews per app per country (sorted by most recent or most helpful). Because it covers 175 countries, one app can yield tens of thousands of reviews. For monitoring this is more than enough, because the Actor catches every new review as it appears.

Does it work for Google Play? No. This Actor covers the Apple App Store only (iOS, iPadOS, macOS).

Do I need an API key or App Store Connect access? No. It works for any public app.

How does "only new" work? The Actor keeps the IDs of the reviews it has delivered in a named key-value store, one per Monitor name (stateKey). Use a different name for each independent monitor. To receive everything again, change the name or turn the option off.

Are ratings without text included? No. Apple's feed contains written reviews only. The app-summary row has the store-wide average rating and the total rating count.

Is it legal? The Actor reads public data that Apple publishes through its own public feeds and API, at a modest request rate. Reviews are user-generated content: use them for analysis and monitoring, and follow Apple's terms and privacy law (such as GDPR) if you republish reviewer names.
