HiBid Lot Tracker

Track live bid status on HiBid.com auction lots — thousands of small and mid-size US auction houses (estates, collectibles, coins, real estate, farm and industrial equipment) list and run their sales through HiBid's shared platform. This Actor polls each lot's live GraphQL data feed at a short interval and records every time the current bid, bid count, or status changes, so you get a structured history of how a lot's price moved instead of a single static snapshot. How to use HiBid Lot Tracker

1. Find a lot you want to watch on HiBid.com — the URL contains /lot/<number>/....
2. Paste one or more of these URLs into the Lot URLs input field.
3. Set Poll interval (how often to recheck, in seconds) and Max monitoring duration (how long the run lasts).
4. Run the Actor. Every time a lot's price, bid count, or status changes, a new record is written to the dataset — watch it fill in from the Output tab.
5. Export as JSON, CSV, or Excel, or pull results via the Apify API.

Pricing / Cost estimation

This Actor uses the pay-per-event pricing model — you pay only for each detected change in a lot's bid/status (event: lot-update), not for idle polling with no change. A quiet lot with no new bids costs nothing beyond the initial page load.

Tips

• HiBid lots don't push live updates on their own — this Actor re-checks each lot on a timer, so shorter poll_interval_secs gives finer-grained history at the cost of more compute time.
• Point this at lots nearing their close for the highest density of updates.
• Combine with Apify's Scheduler to start a run a few minutes before a lot's scheduled close.
• Pipe the dataset into an Apify webhook or Telegram integration to get alerted on price changes.

This Actor only reads data that a normal visitor's browser already retrieves when viewing a public lot page — it does not place bids, log in, or bypass any access control beyond loading the public page.
