Does this need a RuStore account or login? No. Every field comes from RuStore's own public app pages. No login, password, or API key is ever required.

Как найти пакетное имя приложения в RuStore? Package name (пакетное имя) is the last part of the app's RuStore URL, right after /catalog/app/. For Avito, that's com.avito.android.

Does it get all reviews, or just the most recent ones? It returns the reviews RuStore's own app page displays for that app. For apps with very large review counts, that's the most recent, most visible set, not a full historical archive.

What happens if a package name doesn't exist on RuStore? It's skipped with a logged warning rather than failing the whole run, so one bad package name in a long list never stops the rest.
