What does AliExpress Scraper do?

Get AliExpress products as clean, analysis-ready rows: title, price, original price, discount, order count, star rating, sponsored-ad flag, ship-from country, badges and images, plus the product's position in the search. Turn on one switch to also ask for the store (name, ID, rating, positive feedback, open date), the review count and shipping (fee to the US, delivery days, method); AliExpress currently answers few of those requests (see Limitations). It is built for dropshippers, e-commerce sellers, price analysts and product researchers who need AliExpress data in bulk instead of one browser tab at a time.

Type a keyword, or paste AliExpress search URLs or product URLs, and scrape AliExpress into JSON, CSV or Excel, or read the results from the Apify API. It works as a practical AliExpress API alternative for product search and product details, and as the data source for an AliExpress price tracker on a schedule. The default 20-product run finished in about 10 seconds.

It reads only what AliExpress shows any logged-out visitor. It does not log in, and it has no buyer, reviewer, seller-person, email or phone-number columns.

Use cases for this AliExpress scraper

  • ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Dropshipping product research. Search a niche, sort by orders, and compare soldCount, rating, price and shipFromCountry to find products that sell and ship from a US warehouse.
  • ๐Ÿ“‰ Price tracking. Schedule the same keywords or product URLs daily and follow price, originalPrice and discountPercent over time, per product ID.
  • ๐Ÿช Supplier and store vetting. With Add store, reviews and shipping on, check storeRating, storePositiveRate, storeOpenDate, reviewCount and deliveryDaysMax before you list a supplier's product.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Market and category research. Measure how many products a search returns (totalResults), the price spread, how many results are sponsored (isAd), and which badges (tags) the top sellers carry.
  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Search position monitoring. position and page show where a product ranks for a keyword, so a seller can follow their own listings and their competitors'.
  • ๐Ÿ” Automation. Send rows to Google Sheets, Airtable, Supabase or a CRM with n8n, Make or Zapier, or call the Actor from an AI agent: it runs with no input at all.

What data you get from every AliExpress product

One row per product. The Products table view shows image, title, price, originalPrice, currency, soldCount, rating, shipFromCountry, isAd, searchQuery, position, url, status and error. The Store, reviews and shipping view shows the detail columns.

Product (every row)

FieldTypeDescription
productIdstringAliExpress product ID. Stable, so use it to deduplicate and to track prices across runs.
urlstringProduct page, https://www.aliexpress.com/item/<productId>.html.
titlestringProduct title as shown on AliExpress.
pricenumberSale price a logged-out US visitor sees, in currency. It can include AliExpress's new-shopper deal.
originalPricenumberList price before the discount, when AliExpress shows one.
currencystringISO currency code (USD).
formattedPricestringThe price as displayed, e.g. US $25.20.
discountPercentnumberDiscount off the list price in percent.
soldCountintegerOrders. Exact when AliExpress exposes the number (most search results), otherwise read from the label (5,000+ sold = 5000).
soldTextstringSold label as displayed, e.g. 10,000+ sold.
ratingnumberAverage star rating, 0 to 5. Missing for products without ratings yet.
isAdbooleantrue for sponsored placements in the search results.
freeGiftOfferbooleantrue for AliExpress "FREE with any purchase" new-shopper gift cards. They are common: 5 of the first 20 results in some searches. The card itself shows no price, so the Actor reads it from the card data, and it matches the product page.
tagsarrayBadges on the product card, e.g. Free shipping, Top selling on AliExpress, Save $20.22.
shipFromCountrystringShip-from country code from the search card, e.g. CN, US.
launchDatestringLaunch date AliExpress lists for the product (YYYY-MM-DD).
imagestringMain product image URL.
imagesarrayAll gallery image URLs.

Search context (search rows)

FieldTypeDescription
searchQuerystringKeyword of the search that returned the product.
pageintegerSearch results page (60 products per page).
positionintegerPosition in the search results, 1 = first.
totalResultsintegerTotal results AliExpress reports for the search.

Store, reviews and shipping (with Add store, reviews and shipping, and on every product-URL row)

FieldTypeDescription
reviewCountintegerNumber of product reviews.
storeNamestringStore name.
storeIdstringStore ID, as in the store's URL.
storeUrlstringStore page URL.
storeCountrystringCountry or region the store is registered in.
storeOpenDatestringDate the store opened, as shown, e.g. Feb 2, 2010.
topRatedSellerbooleanAliExpress Top Rated seller badge.
storePositiveRatenumberPositive feedback in percent (missing for new stores without ratings).
storeRatingnumberStore rating, 0 to 5.
shipFromstringShip-from location of the default delivery option, e.g. China, United States.
shippingFeenumberShipping fee to the US for the default option; 0 = free.
shippingCurrencystringCurrency of the shipping fee.
deliveryDaysMinintegerFastest estimated delivery, in days.
deliveryDaysMaxintegerSlowest estimated delivery, in days.
shippingMethodstringName of the default delivery option, e.g. AliExpress Selection Standard.
categoryIdstringAliExpress category ID.
detailErrorstringWhy the detail columns are missing on this row, when you asked for them: AliExpress asked the request to pass a verification check (never solved) or issued no session token. The row itself is kept, at the normal search-row price.

Row status

FieldTypeDescription
statusstringok, not_found or error (see below).
errorstringReason when status is not ok.
scrapedAtstringISO 8601 time of extraction.

A field is simply left out when AliExpress does not publish it for that product. That is honest, not a guess.

Result status (tri-state output)

statusMeaningBilled?
okThe product was found and saved.Yes
not_foundAliExpress answered, but nothing matches: a search with no matching products (AliExpress then shows unrelated recommendations, which are not returned), or a product ID that does not exist (that row keeps the productId and the product URL, with the error Product <id> does not exist on AliExpress). No
errorAliExpress could not be read after retries, or an input entry is not an AliExpress page. error says why.No

How to scrape AliExpress with this Actor

  1. Open the Actor in Apify Console and click Try for free.
  2. Type one or more Search keywords, one per line. Or paste AliExpress search URLs or product URLs into AliExpress URLs or product IDs.
  3. Optionally pick Sort by (most orders, price low to high, price high to low) and a Minimum price or Maximum price in USD.
  4. Turn on Add store, reviews and shipping if you need the store and delivery columns.
  5. Set Maximum products (start with the default 20) and click Start. Records appear in the dataset in real time.
  6. Open the Output tab or Export the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML.

To automate it, use the API tab (Node.js, Python, curl examples) or add a Schedule.

Input

Every field is optional; the prefilled values already produce a complete run.

FieldTypeDefaultWhen to change it
keywordsarray of strings["wireless earbuds"]What to search, one keyword per line. When you give your own URLs, the example keyword is skipped.
startUrlsarray of stringsone example search URL in ConsoleAliExpress search URLs (they keep their own filters and sort), product URLs (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005....html, also aliexpress.us and country subdomains) or bare product IDs. A product URL returns one row with the store, review and shipping columns when AliExpress answers the detail request, otherwise one free error row that says why. When you type your own keywords, the prefilled example URL is skipped.
maxItemsinteger20Your main spending cap. It is shared evenly between the searches (3 keywords and 300 = up to 100 each); each product URL takes one.
sortBystringdefaultorders (most orders), price_asc, price_desc. Keywords only.
minPrice, maxPriceintegernonePrice range in USD. Keywords only.
includeDetailsbooleanfalseOne extra call per product for store, reviews and shipping. Slower; same price per product. Often unavailable at the moment (see Limitations).

There is no proxy field: the Actor picks Apify Proxy itself (datacenter first, US residential for a search page that failed twice). It is included in the price. Prices are in USD for shipping to the United States.

Without the detail switch, a row has every field down to totalResults. Download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML or RSS, or read it with the API.

How much does it cost to scrape AliExpress?

Pay per result: $1.75 per 1,000 products, plus a $0.005 start fee per run. Rows with status not_found or error are free. The product-detail switch does not change the price.

EventPriceCharged when
apify-actor-start$0.005Once per run, when it starts.
result$0.00175Each product saved with status ok.
ProductsCost
100$0.18
1,000$1.76
10,000$17.51

The Actor stops gracefully when your run's maximum charge is reached. Proxy and compute are included.

How it compares

Other AliExpress Actors in the Store charge from about $1.80 per 1,000 search results up to $5-8 per 1,000 product-detail pages. This one gives you search results at $1.75 per 1,000 and the store, review and shipping columns at the same price, in the same row, and it accepts keywords, search URLs and product URLs in one run.

It is not for you if you need product reviews' text or reviewer data, the full SKU list with every variant's price, product descriptions, or prices in other currencies and ship-to countries.

Integrations, exports and API access

Run it from the Apify API, the JavaScript or Python client, the Apify CLI, or on a Schedule. Connect the dataset to Google Sheets, Airtable, Make, n8n, Zapier, Slack or a webhook. AI agents can call it through the Apify MCP server.

Limitations

  • "FREE with any purchase" gift cards (freeGiftOffer: true) can be a quarter or more of the top results. The card shows no price, so the Actor takes the product's sale price from the card data, but only when that page passes a check: at least 3 normal cards on it whose card-data price equals their shown price. Some page variants fail the check (in our staging runs on 2026-10-16 it failed on about half of the first pages of a phone-case search). On such a page a search-only run skips the gift cards and does not charge for them, and fills the search's share from the next products on the page or the next page. With includeDetails the price is taken from the product page instead.
  • Prices and shipping are for a logged-out visitor in the United States, in USD. The shown price can be AliExpress's new-shopper deal; originalPrice is the list price.
  • AliExpress serves at most 60 search pages (3,600 products) per search. For more, split the search with keywords, price ranges or sort orders.
  • Category pages and store pages are not supported as start URLs; use a search URL or keywords.
  • With product details on, and for every product URL, each product needs one extra call to AliExpress's product-detail service. Since 2026-10-18 that service asks almost every request from proxy IPs to pass a verification check, which this Actor never solves (on 2026-10-19 none of 7 detail calls passed, and 3 of 24 tries got the session token the calls need). Each call is tried up to 4 times. Then a search row is kept with detailError and without the store, review and shipping columns (it costs the same as any search row; the detail switch adds no charge), and a product URL ends as a free error row with the reason. Search results are not affected. On 2026-10-16, before the change, 65% to 91% of rows got the details.
  • The detail columns come from AliExpress's default delivery option and the store card; variants (SKUs) and the product description are not returned.

FAQ

Do I need an AliExpress account or API key? No. The Actor reads public, logged-out pages. No account, no cookies of yours, no API key.

Does AliExpress have its own API for this? AliExpress has partner APIs that need an approved developer account. This Actor needs nothing and returns plain rows.

Why is price sometimes very low? AliExpress shows logged-out visitors its new-shopper deal for some products. originalPrice and discountPercent show the regular price and the discount.

Why did I get fewer rows than maxItems? The search had fewer matching products, the share per keyword was used up, or the run hit your Max total charge. Gift cards that a search-only run skips (see Limitations) do not count toward the share, so they only lower the count when the search runs out of other products. Check the run log.

What happens if AliExpress changes something? Rows come back with status: error and a reason instead of silently wrong data, and you are not billed for them. Report it in the Issues tab with the run ID.

Is it legal to scrape AliExpress? Scraping publicly available data is generally legal, but you are responsible for how you use the output. Read the legal notice below and AliExpress's terms of use.

Can I use this Actor from an AI agent or MCP client? Yes. It runs with no input at all, every row is self-describing (status plus error), and inputs are plain strings.

This Actor extracts only data that AliExpress publishes publicly; it does not extract private user data such as buyer or reviewer names, email addresses, phone numbers or seller account details, and it does not log in or work around access controls (verification pages are never solved; the request is retried later from another IP). Store names are business names. However, your results could still contain personal data. Personal data is protected by the GDPR in the European Union and by other regulations around the world. You should not scrape personal data unless you have a legitimate reason to do so. If you are unsure whether your reason is legitimate, consult your lawyers. You are responsible for complying with AliExpress's terms of use and applicable law when using the extracted data.
