Hyperliquid Funding Rate History
Historical 8-hour funding rates from Hyperliquid for any perpetual futures coin: 7d/30d averages (annualized), cumulative funding cost, rising/stable/falling trend, and carry signal. No API key required.
What It Does
Fetches the complete funding rate history from Hyperliquid (up to 60 days) for any of its 231 perpetual futures markets and computes:
- Average rates: 7d and 30d average 8h funding rate (+ annualized %)
- Cumulative cost: Total funding paid/earned over the period (long perspective)
- Trend: First half vs second half comparison —
rising,stable, orfalling - Carry signal: Classification based on annualized 30d rate:
strong_long_squeeze_risk(>50% ann.)positive_carry(20-50%)neutral(-5% to 20%)negative_carry(-20% to -5%)strong_short_squeeze_risk(<-20% ann.)
- Latest rate: Most recent 8h rate and annualized equivalent
