FAQ
Is there deduplication across sources? Yes — articles are deduplicated by URL before output. The same story won't appear twice even if multiple feeds carry it.
How current is the data?
All six sources serve public RSS/Atom feeds. Most update within minutes of publication. Run the actor with since set to yesterday to get only new articles since your last run.
Does Hacker News work differently from the others?
HN uses a community RSS feed (hnrss.org/frontpage) that reflects the current HN frontpage — high-signal, community-curated stories. The author field for HN reflects the submitter's username, not the original article author.
Can I add more sources? Not in the current version. The 6 sources cover the core tech news ecosystem. For crypto-specific news, see the Crypto News Sentiment Analyzer.
