Default input

The prefilled input is Spain, 10 km around central Madrid (latitude 40.4168, longitude -3.7038), capped at 100 stations. It returns 100 stations, sorted by distance, for about $0.10. Clear the location fields and set maxResults to 50000 to get all of Spain.

What you get

One record per station:

{
"stationId": "ES-4500",
"name": "REPSOL",
"brand": "REPSOL",
"address": "CALLE ALMAGRO, 9",
"city": "Madrid",
"postalCode": "28010",
"country": "ES",
"latitude": 40.429194,
"longitude": -3.694194,
"fuels": [
{ "type": "gasoline_95", "price": 2.009, "currency": "EUR", "unit": "litre", "updatedAt": "23/09/2026 22:14:43" },
{ "type": "diesel", "price": 2.005, "currency": "EUR", "unit": "litre", "updatedAt": "23/09/2026 22:14:43" }
],
"source": "MITECO (Gobierno de España)",
"sourceUrl": "https://sedeaplicaciones.minetur.gob.es/ServiciosRESTCarburantes/PreciosCarburantes/EstacionesTerrestres/",
"fetchedAt": "2026-09-23T20:15:09.092Z",
"distanceKm": 1.6
}

Fuel types are normalized across countries: gasoline_95, gasoline_98, diesel, diesel_premium, lpg, cng. For North America, gasoline_95 = regular and gasoline_98 = premium.

updatedAt is when the source published the feed, not a per-station time. Spain gives it as dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss (Spanish time). Austria and Quebec do not publish it, so it is null there. distanceKm appears when you filter by location.

If a region fails (for example Austria without coordinates), the run keeps going and adds a row { "type": "error", "region": "AT", "error": "..." }. Error rows are not billed.

Filters

  • Location: latitude + longitude + radiusKm returns stations sorted by distance (required for Austria, optional elsewhere)
  • Fuel type: only return stations selling the fuel you care about
  • City: substring match on the municipality name
  • maxResults: cap the output per region (default 500; set 50000 for every station)

Use cases

  • Price comparison apps and widgets: cheapest diesel within 10 km of the user
  • Fleet and logistics: route fuel-cost planning with real station prices
  • Market analysis: national price snapshots over time (run on a schedule, export CSV)
  • AI agents: ask "cheapest gas near X" through the Standby API
  • Journalism and research: regulator data with citable sources

API / Standby mode for AI agents

GET /?region=ES&fuel=diesel&lat=40.4168&lng=-3.7038&radiusKm=10

Returns { count, stations: [...] }. Parameters: region (ES, AT, CA-QC), fuel, lat, lng, radiusKm, city, maxResults.

  • Spain takes about 30 seconds per call, because the national feed downloads on each call. Austria and Quebec answer in about 1 second.
  • Each call returns up to 100 stations unless you pass maxResults.
  • A bare GET / returns a readiness message and is not billed. Bad input returns HTTP 400 and is not billed. If the source feed fails you get HTTP 502, also not billed.

Pay per event:

A daily 50-station radius check costs about $1.50/month. A full-Spain snapshot (11,490 stations on 2026-09-23) costs about $11.50 per run, so weekly snapshots run about $50/month. Ask in Issues if you need a cheaper snapshot tier.

FAQ

Why official feeds instead of scraping consumer sites? Official feeds are published for reuse. Check each source's reuse terms for your use case.

How fresh are the prices? Live feed, fetched on each run. updatedAt shows when Spain's feed was published. Austria and Quebec do not publish a feed time.

Why does Austria need coordinates? The Austrian regulator's API is a location search by design. It returns prices for the cheapest stations around a point. Pass latitude and longitude for AT.

Can I get all of Spain in one run? Yes. Clear the location fields and set maxResults to 50000 and you get every land station in the country (11,490 records on 2026-09-23, about $11.50).

CSV export? Every Apify dataset exports as CSV, JSON, Excel, or via API.
