DOL Wage and Hour Violations Search by Employer, State and Industry
DOL Wage & Hour Violations Search looks up US Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division (WHD) closed enforcement cases by employer name, state, industry (NAICS prefix), date and back wages. Each row is one concluded WHD compliance action: employer legal and trade name, address, NAICS industry, number of violations found, back wages agreed, civil money penalties, employees affected, the findings dates, a repeat-violator flag and an optional per-statute breakdown. Data is the public WHD compliance action dataset (WHISARD), read through a public Datasette mirror at labordata.bunkum.us.
