• Be specific with locations — dentists in Brooklyn, NY works better than dentists in New York for complete coverage of an area
• Split large cities into neighborhoods — Google Maps limits how many results a single search returns, so several smaller searches capture more businesses than one broad one
• Use distinct search terms — restaurant, cafe, and bar as separate runs find more places than near-duplicate terms
• Start small — test with 10–20 results first to check the output matches your needs before running large extractions
