Every open Australian government tender: AusTender, QTenders and the NSW, VIC, WA, TAS, NT and ACT portals, plus councils and VendorPanel, in one de-duplicated dataset with agency, state, category, close date and link.
QTenders added: the Queensland Government's main tender directory (all departments, hospitals, universities and GOCs), with categories, regions and full descriptions. QLD coverage goes from ~20 to 100+ open tenders.
All pages mode: set maxPages to 0 to collect every open tender each portal lists (now the form default).
NT: all pages are read (it only saw the first 5 tenders before).
No double-counting: a tender listed on several portals (e.g. QTenders and VendorPanel) appears once, as the most complete record, with also_listed_on naming the other portals.
1.3 (5 November 2026): major upgrade
More tenders, cleaner data, and clear reporting on every run.
More coverage
NSW fixed: buy.nsw.gov.au is read directly (it was timing out and returning nothing).
VIC fixed: moved to the new Buying for Victoria portal (tenders.vic.gov.au); the old site no longer exists.
ACT and Local Buy fixed, and the NT parser rebuilt (it used to split one tender into several rows).
12 sources now return tenders on a typical all-states run, up from 7.
Better data
New state field on every tender (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, NT, ACT, Commonwealth or National).
Keywords now filter every source; before, only AusTender was filtered.
Open tenders only: anything already closed, and records without a link, are dropped.
Aggregator results (VendorPanel) are limited to the states you choose.
Clean IDs, agencies, categories and ISO dates for VIC and ACT.
Clear reporting
Every run writes a per-source report to the key-value store OUTPUT record: which portals answered, how many tenders each returned, and why any were unavailable.
The run status line names any source that couldn't be reached.
Run summaries are no longer mixed into your dataset, so you only get (and pay for) tenders.
Faster and lighter
Runs use 1 GB of memory by default (was 4 GB) and finish in about 2 minutes for all states.
Notes
SA: tenders.sa.gov.au now requires a supplier login to search, so SA is reported as unavailable instead of failing silently.
Tenders.Net is now opt-in (includeTendersNet), because its public list is mostly title-only tenders closing within days.
Pricing: from 19 November 2026 the price is $2.00 per 1,000 tenders plus $0.005 per run, in line with comparable tender actors.
1.2 (May 2026)
Initial public release: AusTender plus state, council and aggregator sources.
