Get alerts for new group posts
- Add the groups, switch on Only new since last run, and name the schedule in Monitor name.
- Click Schedule (hourly or daily).
- Route new posts to Slack, Discord, email or a CRM with n8n, Make or Zapier (Apify node → Run an Actor and get dataset). The API tab has code examples.
Good to know
- Public groups only. Private groups can't be read without logging in; they return nothing (and cost only the run fee).
- Facebook orders group feeds by relevance, not strictly by date. Monitoring still returns each post only once, the first time it appears.
- Anonymous posts show no author. Only public information is collected.
