New and actively recruiting trials are a leading indicator — of where pharma R&D spend is going, which CROs are winning work, and which patient populations are being targeted next. This pulls matching trials straight from ClinicalTrials.gov's public registry and scores them by how active and recent they are, so the ones worth acting on surface first.
What it does
- Searches ClinicalTrials.gov for each of your conditions or keywords.
- Filters to the trial statuses you care about — defaults to recruiting and not-yet-recruiting, the ones with an active team to reach.
- Scores every trial 0–100 on activity: recruiting status, how recently it was updated, industry sponsorship, and mid-stage phase (2/3) all push the score up.
- Sorts highest-activity first within each term.
