Scrape Booking.com hotels at scale — name, price per night, review score, review count, location, distance from center and photos — by destination and dates, or from any Booking.com search URL. No login.

Booking.com is protected by AWS WAF bot mitigation. This actor drives a fingerprinted real browser over residential proxies, solves the challenge automatically, and returns clean, structured hotel data with live nightly prices.

What you can do with it

  • 🏨 Hotel price & availability monitoring for a destination and date range
  • 📊 Travel / OTA market research — pricing, ratings, inventory by city
  • 💰 Rate benchmarking — compare your property against competitors on a schedule
  • 🗺️ Pairs perfectly with the TripAdvisor Scraper for a full travel dataset

Input

FieldTypeDescription
destinationstringCity or place, e.g. Chicago, Rome, Italy.
checkinDatestringYYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to ~30 days out (so prices always show).
checkoutDatestringYYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to check-in + 1 night.
adults / rooms / childrenintegerOccupancy.
currencystringPrice currency, e.g. USD, EUR, GBP.
startUrlsarrayBooking.com search URLs (with your filters). Overrides destination.
maxItemsintegerMaximum number of hotels to scrape.
proxyConfigurationobjectResidential proxy required (AWS WAF).

Example

{ "destination": "Chicago", "checkinDate": "2026-08-15", "checkoutDate": "2026-08-17", "adults": 2, "maxItems": 100 }

Output

Each item is one hotel:

{
"name": "Riu Plaza Chicago",
"url": "https://www.booking.com/hotel/us/riu-plaza-chicago.html",
"price": 278,
"priceText": "US$278",
"currency": "USD",
"reviewScore": 9.1,
"reviewCount": 7877,
"location": "The Loop, Chicago",
"distance": "1.3 km from downtown",
"image": "https://cf.bstatic.com/xdata/images/hotel/....jpg"
}

Export to JSON, CSV, Excel, or pull live via the Apify API.

Notes

  • Prices require dates — if you don't pass checkinDate/checkoutDate, the actor defaults to ~30 nights out so a nightly price is always returned.
  • A residential proxy is required — Booking.com's AWS WAF blocks datacenter IPs. The actor rotates fingerprints + IPs and retries on challenge.
  • Paginates automatically (25 hotels per page) up to maxItems.
