How to use it

1. Paste Search links from otodom.pl, one per line — or type Places and choose the filters.
2. Set Max listings per search, and tick Open every listing for its details if you need coordinates and building data.
3. Press Start, and download the results from the Output tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

To follow new listings in an area, save your input as a task with Added within (days) set to 1 and schedule it daily.

You can also call it from the Apify API, from Make, Zapier or n8n, or from an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.

Feed mode: only new listings + alerts

Run the same search every day and get only what is new. Tick Only new listings (feed mode) and the Actor remembers every item it has delivered for this exact search.

• How it works: the seen items are kept in a named key-value store in your own account, feed-otodom-properties-<hash>. The hash comes from your search inputs (everything except the feed, alert, proxy and parallelism settings), so each distinct search has its own memory and changing a filter starts a fresh one.
• First run returns everything. Later runs with the same inputs return only items not seen before, each with a firstSeenAt timestamp. Items already seen are neither saved to the dataset nor charged.
• Memory: an item is remembered for 60 days after you last saw it (up to 50,000 per search); after that it counts as new again.
• Alerts: set Alert webhook URL and, when a run finds new items, the Actor sends one POST (10 second timeout, a failure never fails the run). It works with Slack and Discord incoming webhooks, because the body has a text field, and with any HTTPS endpoint:

You are charged per property delivered — see the price on this page. Opening listings for their details costs nothing extra, only time. Links that are not Otodom searches and places Otodom does not know are free.

FAQ

How many properties per search? As many as Otodom shows: Warsaw alone has over 20,000 flats for sale, all of them reachable. Set Max listings per search as high as you need.

Why are a few results outside the place I typed? Otodom itself adds some listings from the edge of the area; the city, district and locationId fields say where each one is.

Why no phone numbers or agent names? They are personal data. Every listing has its url; buyers and tenants contact the seller on Otodom.

Is this affiliated with Otodom? No. This is an independent tool that reads public Otodom listings.
