실제 데이터로 사용 / Use with live data

1. 공공데이터포털에서 무료 API 키 발급 (자동 즉시 승인, 비용 없음): https://www.data.go.kr/data/15129394/openapi.do
2. 키를 serviceKey에 붙여넣고 데모 모드 OFF / paste the key into serviceKey and turn demo mode OFF.
3. 태스크 + 스케줄 생성 (예: 6시간마다). 조회 창(기본 48시간)은 스케줄 간격보다 약간 길게. Create an Actor task with your filters and attach a schedule; keep the look-back window a bit longer than the interval.

What it does / 기능

1. Queries the official KONEPS bid-notice API for the categories you choose (용역 services / 물품 goods / 공사 construction), optionally filtered by keyword and agency.
2. Compares the result against the snapshot from your previous run (per filter profile, in the named key-value store koneps-snapshots, retained indefinitely).
3. Outputs one dataset row per change: NEW, UPDATED, or REMOVED, with notice fields (공고번호, 공고명, 공고기관, 마감일시, 배정예산, 상세 링크).
4. Optionally POSTs a JSON summary to your webhook URL.

Cost & pricing

Currently published free of charge (pay-per-usage: you only pay Apify platform usage, which depends on your actual run frequency and settings). A pay-per-event price may be introduced later; any pricing change will be announced in advance under Apify's pricing-change policy.

Honest limitations

• Change history here means the diff between your runs. For the official per-notice correction history (정정이력), see the KONEPS portal directly.
• All result pages are fetched per category, capped by the maxPagesPerType input (default 30 pages = 3,000 notices). Lower it to protect the free data.go.kr daily quota (1,000 calls/day). If the API fails or a result set is truncated, that category's snapshot is preserved and no REMOVED judgment is made, so an outage is never misreported as mass removals.
• Demo mode uses bundled sample data and makes no live API call.

Reliability notes

• Snapshots live in the named key-value store koneps-snapshots. Under Apify's current storage policy, named stores have no automatic expiry, so pausing a schedule for weeks should not reset the baseline - see Apify's docs for the current retention terms.
• If any category fetch fails or is truncated, that category's snapshot is preserved and no REMOVED judgment is made; the run summary carries an incompleteFetch warning and per-category fetchStatus.
• Free data.go.kr development keys allow 1,000 API calls/day; a typical run with a 48-hour window uses under 10 calls.

• API 장애나 조회 잘림이 감지되면 해당 분야의 스냅샷을 그대로 보존하고 삭제(REMOVED) 판정을 하지 않습니다. 일시 장애가 '공고 대량 삭제'로 잘못 알려지는 일은 없습니다.
• 무료 개발계정 기준 하루 1,000회 API 호출 제한이 있으며, 일반적인 실행은 10회 미만을 씁니다. maxPagesPerType으로 상한을 조절할 수 있습니다.
