🛠️ TechHawk — Website Tech Stack Detector + Lead Enricher (BuiltWith & Wappalyzer Alternative)
Find out what technology any website is built with — and get the company's contact details in the same row. A technology lookup + lead enrichment tool: detect the tech stack of any website (CMS, e-commerce platform, marketing tools, analytics, CRM) and export company name, emails, phones and LinkedIn — ready for sales prospecting, CRM enrichment and competitive analysis.
Give TechHawk a list of websites. For each one it returns the full technology stack (7,500+ technologies: CMS, e-commerce, marketing automation, analytics, payment processors, CRM, live chat, hosting, CDN, frameworks…) plus a ready-to-use B2B lead — company name, emails, phone numbers, social links, LinkedIn URL, address and country.
This is the affordable, pay-per-result BuiltWith alternative and Wappalyzer alternative (BuiltWith costs $295–$6,000/mo). Build technographic lead lists like "every Shopify store using Klaviyo", "WordPress sites using HubSpot" or "agencies running GoHighLevel" — and because the contact data is right there, you can actually reach them. Find companies by the technology they use, then prospect them.
Why it's different
Most tech-detectors just tell you the stack. Sales teams' #1 wish is tech detection + real contact data on one row — that's exactly what TechHawk delivers.
- 🧠 7,500+ technologies via the open-source Wappalyzer fingerprint database
- 📇 Lead enrichment built in — emails, phones, socials, company, address
- 🎯 Filter by technology — keep only sites using Shopify / HubSpot / GHL / etc.
- 🌍 Works worldwide — US, UK, Germany, Singapore, India… (address via schema.org, country via ccTLD)
- 🔒 No key, no browser, no external API — reads only the site's own public HTML, so it never breaks when a third-party API goes down
Input
{"websites": ["gymshark.com", "allbirds.com", "techcrunch.com"],"mustUseTechnologies": ["Shopify"],"onlyWithContact": true,"crawlContactPage": true}
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
websites | Domains / URLs to analyse (one per line) |
mustUseTechnologies | Keep only sites using ANY of these (build targeted lists) |
onlyWithContact | Drop rows with no email/phone |
crawlContactPage | Also crawl the contact/about page for more contacts (recommended) |
concurrency | Sites analysed in parallel (1–10) |
Output (one row per site)
{"domain": "allbirds.com","company_name": "Allbirds","country": "United States","technologies": ["Shopify", "Cloudflare", "Google Tag Manager", ...],"technology_count": 12,"ecommerce": ["Shopify"],"marketing_automation": ["Klaviyo"],"analytics": ["Google Analytics"],"emails": ["help@allbirds.com"],"phones": ["+1 888 963 8944"],"social_links": { "instagram": "...", "linkedin": "..." },"linkedin_url": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/allbirds","address": "...","has_contact": true}
Technologies are also grouped in technologies_by_category, and the popular
lead-gen categories are surfaced as flat columns: cms, ecommerce, analytics,
marketing_automation, email_marketing, crm, live_chat, advertising,
payment, hosting, cdn, frameworks.
Great for
- Agencies & SaaS — find businesses using (or missing) a specific tool, then pitch them
- Competitive intelligence — see a competitor's or a whole niche's stack
- Lead lists — pair with a Google Maps / local-business run, then filter by tech + contact
- AI agents — a clean, pay-per-result tool an agent can call to profile any domain
Notes
- Detection reads the public HTML, headers, cookies and meta — no JavaScript execution, so client-side-only tags loaded dynamically may not appear. The stack that matters for prospecting (platform, e-commerce, marketing, hosting) is caught.
- Contact coverage is best on sites that publish an email/phone (most SMBs do); large brands often hide contacts behind forms.
