SEC N-PORT Fund Holdings — Every Position a Fund Reports
Turn SEC EDGAR NPORT-P filings into a flat table: one row per position a US fund or ETF actually holds — bonds, foreign equities and derivatives included, not only the US stocks 13F shows. CUSIP, ISIN, LEI, market value, percent of net assets, asset class and country on every row.

Mutual funds and ETFs registered in the United States file Form NPORT-P with the SEC every quarter, listing every single security they hold. The filing is public, but it arrives as a raw XML document with thousands of nested nodes.
This Actor turns it into a flat table: one row per position.
| Fund | Position | CUSIP | Value (USD) | % of net assets | Asset class | Country |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wellington Global Multi-Strategy Fund | ALPHABET INC | 02079K404 | 9,430.08 | 0.0187 | EP | US |
A single filing routinely contains 3,000–6,000 positions.
What you get per row
fundName · seriesName · fundCik · periodOfReport · filingDate · accessionNumber · filingUrl · holdingName · title · lei · cusip · isin · ticker · balance · units · currency · valueUsd · pctOfNetAssets · payoffProfile · assetCategory · issuerCategory · country · isRestrictedSecurity · fairValueLevel · isDerivative
How to use it
By fund — put one or more registrant CIK numbers in ciks. The Actor reads that filer's submission history and takes the NPORT-P filings inside your date range.
By date — leave ciks empty and set dateFrom / dateTo. The Actor sweeps EDGAR's daily index and takes every NPORT-P filed in that window, newest first.
Use maxFilings to cap the run, maxHoldingsPerFiling to sample a large fund cheaply, and minPctOfNetAssets to keep only meaningful positions (e.g. 0.5 for half a percent and above).
N-PORT vs 13F
13F shows what an institutional manager held at quarter end, and only US-listed equities. N-PORT shows what the fund itself held — bonds, foreign equities, cash equivalents, derivatives and all — with percent of net assets on every line. They answer different questions.
Data source and limits
Data comes from SEC EDGAR, a public source. Every request declares a User-Agent with your contact address and stays under the SEC's fair-access limit of 10 requests per second, as required by sec.gov/os/accessing-edgar-data. Your address is sent to sec.gov and nowhere else.
Filings appear on EDGAR up to 60 days after the reporting period ends — that lag is the SEC's, not this Actor's. Reported values are as of the period end date, not today.
