Shopify Product Catalog Exporter — Prices, SKUs, Variants & Images

Export the full product catalog of any Shopify store to CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets: titles, prices, compare-at prices, SKUs, variants, vendors, product types, tags, images and publish dates. One row per product.

Built for e-commerce analysts, dropshippers, price-monitoring teams, marketplaces and agencies who need clean catalog data fast.

  • 🗂️ Whole catalogs. Pagination is handled for you. Leaving the limit at 0 exports up to 10,000 products per store; set an explicit number (up to 50,000) when you need more.
  • 🏷️ Real pricing. Price, min and max variant price, compare-at price and an onSale flag, in the store's own currency.
  • 🧬 Variants and SKUs included (optional), up to 100 per product.
  • No browser. It reads Shopify's public product feed, so a 2,000-product catalog takes seconds.
  • 💸 $0.50 per 1,000 products — about half of what comparable actors charge. Stores without a public feed cost nothing.

What you get per product

GroupFields
IdentitystoreDomain, storeUrl, productId, title, handle, productUrl
Classificationvendor, productType, tags
Pricingprice, priceMin, priceMax, compareAtPrice, onSale, currency
Stock & variantsavailable, variantCount, variants[] with sku, title, price, compareAtPrice, available
Media & datesimageUrl, imageCount, createdAt, publishedAt, updatedAt
Optionaldescription (HTML stripped, up to 2,000 characters)

Use cases

  • Competitor price monitoring. Export a competitor's catalog on a schedule and diff prices, new products and discount depth.
  • Product research & dropshipping. Find what sells in a niche: vendors, product types, price bands and how often a store adds products.
  • Marketplace & feed onboarding. Bootstrap a catalog from a supplier's Shopify store instead of asking for a spreadsheet.
  • Analytics. Build price histograms, assortment breadth and discount analyses across many stores at once.

How to use it

  1. Paste store domains into Store domains or URLs (or paste a column into Bulk paste). Both brand.com and brand.myshopify.com work.
  2. Optional: set Max products per store to sample a store first, turn off variants, or turn on descriptions.
  3. Click Start, then export as CSV, Excel or JSON, or pull the data from the API.

FAQ

Where does the data come from? From /products.json, the public product feed that Shopify serves to any visitor. No login, no browser, nothing hidden is accessed.

Does it work with headless stores (Hydrogen, Next.js)? Yes. If the custom domain doesn't serve the feed, the actor finds the store's *.myshopify.com domain in the page and exports from there.

Why does a store return nothing? Because it isn't Shopify, its feed is disabled, or the storefront is password-protected. You get one free row per store explaining it.

How many products can I export from one store? With Max products per store = 0 you get up to 10,000, so a huge catalog never turns into a surprise bill. Set an explicit number (up to 50,000) to go further. Tested on a 25,000-product store: 10,000 products in under 2 minutes with a memory peak of 84 MB.

Is stock quantity included? Shopify's public feed exposes availability (available), not exact inventory counts, so the actor reports availability per product and per variant.
