Company due diligence from public sources: SEC EDGAR identity and filings, domain facts and age, and a US OFAC sanctions screen, with a one-call verdict.

Each request you give the Actor is one call to the Company Facts service. Each call it answers is one result in the run's dataset.

Endpoints

  • GET /domain: Domain facts and a sanctions screen Query parameters: domain (required, string).
  • GET /lookup: Company dossier by name Query parameters: company (required, string); domain (optional, string).
  • GET /resolve: Match a company name to SEC EDGAR identities Query parameters: q (required, string); limit (optional, integer).
  • GET /snapshot: Compliance snapshot with a verdict Query parameters: company (required, string); domain (optional, string).
  • GET /ticker: Company dossier by stock ticker Query parameters: symbol (required, string).

Input

  • Endpoint: which endpoint to call.
  • Requests: a list of up to 100 requests. For a GET endpoint each one is an object of its query parameters; for a POST endpoint, the JSON body to send.

Example input:

{
"endpoint": "/lookup",
"requests": [
{
"company": "Apple Inc."
}
]
}

Output

One dataset item per request: request (its number in the input), endpoint, ok, status (the answer's status code), result (the answer: JSON or text, or for a file such as an image its contentType and base64 content) and error (why a request failed).

Pricing

You pay per result: once for each request the service answers successfully. Requests that fail, or cannot be sent, are free, and a run stops when its maximum cost is reached.
