New NPI Healthcare Providers: Weekly New NPPES Registrations

Get every newly issued NPI (National Provider Identifier) from the official CMS NPPES weekly file: brand-new doctors, dentists, nurse practitioners, therapists, chiropractors, home health agencies, clinics and group practices. Each record includes the name, specialty (taxonomy), license, practice address and phone, and for organizations the authorized official (owner/officer) with phone. Filter by date, state, individual vs organization, specialty keyword or taxonomy code.

About 13,000 new NPIs are issued every week. A new NPI usually means a new practice, a new clinician starting out, or a provider going independent, which is exactly when they buy.

Who uses this

  • Medical billing, RCM and credentialing companies: new providers need payer enrollment and billing on day one.
  • Malpractice and practice insurance agents.
  • EHR, practice-management, telehealth and scheduling software.
  • Medical, dental and lab suppliers and equipment leasing.
  • Healthcare staffing and recruiters.
  • Practice lenders, CPAs and consultants who serve new practices.
  • Pharma and device reps building territory lists.

Why this actor

  • Official source: the CMS NPPES Data Dissemination weekly file, not scraped HTML. Stable and fast.
  • New providers only: filtered on the NPI issue date, so you don't pay for millions of old records.
  • Lead-ready: decoded specialties, authorized official contact, and filters for state, type and specialty.

FAQ

How fresh is the data? CMS publishes a new weekly file every Monday covering the previous week.

Does it include emails? No. NPPES does not publish emails. You get practice phone, fax and the authorized official's phone.

Why is a specialty name sometimes blank? A few rare taxonomy codes have no description in the public lists. The code is always included.

Compliance note

The data is public U.S. government information (CMS NPPES). You are responsible for how you use it. Follow TCPA / DNC rules for calls and texts and CAN-SPAM for email, honor opt-outs, and don't use it for any purpose prohibited by law. Not affiliated with CMS or HHS.
