Price: $0.05 per usable exact-package adoption and maintenance brief.
Create one bounded adoption and maintenance brief per exact public npm package through the public Registry and downloads APIs.
Input
Provide 1–5 exact package names, including optional scoped names, and an optional maximum brief count. Search terms, URLs and version ranges are not accepted.
Output
Each row reports exact package identity, latest version, deprecated flag, declared license, Node engine, distribution size/file count and official last-month downloads. Downloads are an adoption proxy, not a quality or security guarantee.
Pricing
$0.05 per usable package-brief-created row, atomically charged with the dataset push. A verified zero-download package is useful and billable; missing packages or partial source failure are not.
Limits
At most ten requests run sequentially with two seconds between starts, a 2 MiB response cap, 15 second HTTP timeout, and 180 second run timeout. Redirects, rate limits and identity mismatch fail explicitly.
Privacy
Only package-level public metadata is returned. Maintainers, authors, emails, README, tarballs and all vulnerability or audit data are excluded. npm is the source and does not endorse this product.
